McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Lunas

I'm very appalled at the behavior of the night manager at this location!! I came through the drive-thru. Most of the time I am really understanding however in this situation I am very frustrated with the way that I was treated. I ordered my food, during the transaction of ordering my food you could tell the person on the other end wasn't to thrilled.. making sure to let me know they were only taking cash so I go up to the window to pay for my food, I handed the male person cash to pay for the meal now I never keep my change because I donate it to the Ronald McDonald House so I proceeded to the second window. The same gentleman that took my money came and said thats was a medium right I said that is correct with no salt just because I wanted to make sure I can't eat it.. he closes the window and walk away with all the body language in the world showing he wasn't happy extremely rude just to name a few! I proceeded to wait a few minutes but I was also prepared for because of my request. He comes back and hands my drink closes the window. I wait a few more minutes and then he proceeded to hand me my food. there are a few different times during this interaction that I tried to engage with this young man there's no such luck. even after he had me my food I told him thank you, he didn't say not one word he just turn around and close the window!! I couldn't believe it! How rude is that?? well as you can see in the bag of definitely doesn't look very professional there isn't any napkins, the Fry's had some salt on them.. I'm pretty positive this was a manager (wear a black shirt) that was working this location with this negative attitude straight up rude behavior 😠 and definitely needs to be retrained on how to treat customers.. I was so upset with this interaction I couldn't even eat!...

It seemed very closed and dark. At 10 o'clock at night. I wanted a hot chocolate but what I got was like hot water only and I ran out of gas in the drive through cause it took so long. How about it? 15 minutes from when I was just ordering at the sign and coming around the corner to pay and then wait for my one.Item I ran out of gas right there. .. Luckily I have some gas in the gas.Can but I have to drive around again to try to get a different cup of hot chocolate.That tasted like chocolate. .. I had\nTo turn my motor off several times trying to get to the drive through.And I was the only one in the drive through that they were so slow. Other cars even came and laughed because they were too slow to order at the beginning. Then I couldn't wait any longer because I had to rush to walmart before they closed at eleven p m. Well, when I got there at 10:40\nThey had already closed early. Now I'm stuck here.Sleeping in my car in the walmart parking lot, which isn't really so bad, but even though it is what is it, I didn't plan to stay out all night and leave my pets outside running around, wondering why I never came home.. I drove all the way from Virginia to los Venus. To go to Walmart to get a extra long appliance cord extension.\n For my generator to go through the window to my trailer. I'm plugging the microwave inside. I drove a long way here and I might as well stay till the morning now because I missed it by whatever fifteen minutes because I was sitting there at mcdonald's i'm gonna go back there and get a hot chocolate. .... I get to the pickup window. They give me my coffee and informed me they are just waiting on the hashbrowns and I would receive it fresh. As I waited..drinking my coffee, realizing it wasn't sweet enough. I usually order it with 5 splendas and 5 creamers. A little over 15 min went by, they give me my order. I asked the server if she can add 3 more splendas to my coffee. She hands me my coffee, then I ask if she has a stirrer. You would think after adding more splenda your customer would like to mix the drink. I drive away from the drive thru. I pull out my hashbrowns...noticing it wasn't hot or fresh. I was wondering why it took them soo long to get my order. 7 min later adter driving away, I began eating my breakfast sandwich noticing it wasn't what I ordered. I turn around driving back to go through the drive thru again asking for the manager. I told her about my long wait, they took long because they were waiting on the hashbrowns to give it me fresh which wasn't. My breakfast sandicg wasn't what I ordered, they didn't apply the condiments to my coffee to what I ordered. I don't think I will go back to tgis McDonalds again. The manager did give me fresh hashbrowns and the correct breakfast sandwich within 4 min. I don't understand how I waited more than 15 min for...
