Well. I usually always try to support local businesses as much as I can. I will honestly say please cut your losses and get out of running a restaurant as soon as you can. This place is a long way from being a restaurant. When you are left with no choice but to staff your son/family member as the server and he absolutely has no business being a server and you as the owners are the cook and the server. That right there should tell you to just cut the losses and start again. I highly recommend getting a restaurant consultant for 3 months and be open minded. It will pay for itself within 9 to 12 months. Food was really sad. Even the ketchup tasted cheap and taste less and probably was bought from hispanic g-store down the street. Just thankful I got my food to be honest. Fry your chips in small batches and season with salt. Use yellow corn torillas. I asked and the Waitress wanted to Charge Us. I asked for a Carne Adovada Breakfast Plate Red Chile and a Xmas for my wife. Made sure I clarified it. And still They brought us 2 Xmas Plates. I asked them for Red like I ordered and they took it back scraped off the Green Chile left half of it on the plate.
