Ben's Pizza — Restaurant in Louisiana

Unfortunately, I arrived at 8:04pm and was told they were closed when I called because the door was locked. I told him the Google add and several other pages online all have them closing at 9pm.

I drove all the way here after work specifically togo to Ben's. I have been craving them for over a week.

Instead of my order, I got a rude look from an employee inside for callling, and a snide remark and laughed at me for not making it before closing. I told him Googlea hours are incorrect. His response , "oh well, we close at 8 during the week." While laughing.

Wow, what has happened to the restaurants in and around New Orleans, Arabi, St Bernard? The lack of customer service and customer care is unbelievable!

The genuine friendliness, courtesy, and cuz ty omer service is largely disappearing.

So sad, because this place has been a long time favorite of mine since I was a child. I hope it was a fluke & the experience is as good z I remember when I order tomorrow

I grew up in the Parish and Ben's was a top contender in the lunch and or dinner time line up. Their pizza is good, the muffaletta is good, my all time favorite is the potato poboy with gravy on the side.

We work in New Orleans East and made the trip for a group lunch time order. I haven't eaten from there in years and let me tell ya they did not disappoint. The food was just as I remember it. Honestly the most tasteless pizza I've ever had. Not bad, but just literally no taste. I don't think I've ever had a pizza that checks every sensory box except the taste box. Looks like pizza, feels like pizza, just no taste. Tried the cheese by itself, nothing. Tried the sauce alone, nothing. Even the pepperonis, really like nothing.
