Burger King — Restaurant in Louisiana

Absolutely appalling experience. Long story short... I ordered with the mobile app and selected 2:50 pm for my pickup time. As I arrived at 2:49 according to the app my order was ready.

There was no one else in the drive through and seemingly an empty parking lot.

When I got to the window I was told, "you have to back up behind the line until it's ready". I paused and he just stared me down and repeated himself.

So I backed up and was checking email, social media and then more than 10 mins later, I was more than halfway through reading a lengthy article until a truck pulled up behind me.

So I pulled up to the window again and I was greeted with an attitude

I told him, "the app said my order was complete when I got here at 2:49" and he said, "well it's not there's only two of us here and she had to go to the bathroom."

Baffled in disbelief, I just asked for a refund. (Because, if she's been in the bathroom that long, and they were so unprofessional, I could only imagine she probably didn't even wash her hands). He went tell his coworker and she came and said she couldn't give a refund because I ordered online. She then said your food is right there, you want it or not, I can't give you a refund. I said if it's right there I'll take it. She then grabbed my food and Literally smashed the bag into my hands while saying rudely, "have a nice day" and shut the window. I was speechless & stunned even more in disbelief. (Thinking, "did that really...

Worst service ever. Went through drive-thru to order. Was ordering multiple items. Person taking the order was asking “anything else” after each item I was ordering. After the 3rd item, they commented “oh my god”. I ordered two orders of nuggets and they forgot one order. Some of the nuggets of the order we got were still cold too. Had to throw away the nuggets because I didn’t want the kids to get sick.

As I picked up the order, someone else was waiting to order and the window person said “i’m not talking to you” to the other person in the drive thru. Apparently this isn’t the first time this place has been rude. My mom stopped going here to order for her grandkids because on multiple occasions the staff told her to back up and leave because she wasn’t sure what to order yet and they couldn’t understand her. Management needs to do something about their rude staff. With that attitude, I’m surprised this location is still up...

I stopped coming here long time ago because the bad experience i had with this location because it seemed like every time i went there at med night they always have had an issue some time their computer down or they don't have the items that you looking for or they tell you you to wait for 10 or 15 minutes for a hamburger and one day i had to wait for 25 minutes and the order was messed up and no sorry for the wait or thank you so then i decided not to go back there anymore i would drive to any other location far from my home but this one and a couple week ago i said to my self lets give it a try maybe the management and the staff changed but no it is the same problem and the same attitude like before so that's it for me no more i don't recommend for anyone to do business with them until they do a major change...
