Visited on 8/17/25. Tia was our waitress. My family of 3 ordered bone-in sauced wings, kid's chicken tenders, and grilled chicken tenders with sauce on the side (due to my health condition). I actually wanted no sauce, but Tia convinced me to get sauce and said it would be on the side. We arrived at 3:30 pm. Chicken wings and 2 platters of fries came out 20 minutes after ordering. Kid's chicken tenders came out with more fries came out about 10 minutes later. Still no grilled chicken tenders. When my grilled chicken tenders came out about 15 minutes later, it was heavily sauced. I told Tia I could not eat them with sauce on due to my health condition. She asked if I wanted the "manager" to cook me some more. I said no because at this point my other family members were almost finished eating their meals. All this food for delivered to our table without any silverware or napkins ever given to us by Tia. Since Tia was now MIA, my family member went to the bar to get some napkins. One of the "many" managers came over to speak to us to see what the problem was. Not sure if she was the one who cooked our food. I explained the issue and all she said was I'm sorry over and over again. My family member expressed his sincere dissatisfaction with this Buffalo Wild Wings location as well as expressed how he's had less than satisfactory service at this location on prior visits, but decided to give another try. She said she was sorry to hear this. I told her because of my health condition I needed my bill to pay so I could get something to eat quickly. When Tia brought our bill, it included a note under my grilled chicken tenders that said "Guest didn't like". I expressed to her that it was untrue because the food was not bought to me as ordered. I would provide a picture of my bill/receipt, but I don't how to add. I've been to the BWW in Gonzales, Louisiana on 2 occasions and it was superb service and exactly how requested. Oh, and I will add that there was only one other couple in the restaurant and they actually did have silverware and was brought more napkins by Tia and we still never were brought any. I would highly recommend no one visit this Elmwood location unless you want to leave upset and hungry. Lesson learned for not reading all the many unsatisfactory reviews prior to my visit today. My card was processed at 4:29pm. Good thing Quiznos was nearby so I could finally eat my dinner. They had extremely great customer service and my food was exactly how I asked...
Read moreUpdate: 12/21/23- customer service was mid definitely. The young man with the braces was respectful. The heavy set girl with short dreads was extremely rude because she failed to execute applying sauce to wings.. then copped an attitude when I (the paying customer) pointed this out..? Confused at the hostility at 11A. Then when I was leaving, this employee was just hanging out, not working and made a very unbecoming indescribable undesirable scrunched up face to say “have a good evening”..then SHOOED me away. It was apparent that she was looking for a confrontation but she could definitely benefit from customer service training, communication skills training, etiquette, professionalism in front facing settings training, and appropriate attire guidance. After giving this thought, this location is CONVENIENT but that doesn’t guarantee me patronizing the location. I am disgusted. On my day off from work and school, this was crazy and unnecessary. IT IS A FIRM DECISION AND PROMISE THAT, I WILL NOT BE PATRONIZING Clearview location EVER AGAIN! I will gladly go to the Mr. DeVaughn’s BWW Veterans location when I want wings.
Would she treat the mayor that way? How about the police officers that were there? A soccer mom? An executive? What made her so comfortable to treat me that way?..I wonder.
I spoke with a Mr. Darwin (the owner?) who said he would take care of it. However, this behavior was inappropriate, pointless, and disgusting. I did nothing wrong but speak to everyone in a calm respectful tone…wow. Roll the cameras because no customer should be treated that way.
Initial review: 6/2021
Night crew are pleasant. The wings weren’t cooked through initially so I received another batch. The second batch were a bit better but I left 3 behind because they were chewy. I still paid and tipped of course. Very spacious BWW right ..no masks were worn but there was...
Read moreQuite possibly the worst restaurant I've been to in over a decade. I've made three separate attempts to go to this location. Every time, there was some sort of issue. On each occasion, I arrived between 10:30 and 11 which means I was one of the only customers. They closed at midnight so you would think that the servers would be happy to have an easy customer who tips well at the end of the night. First time I arrive at, literally no one offered to see me or even help. I stood at the hosting stand and left after roughly 10 minutes, which is incredibly long for an empty restaurant. On the second time attempting to go here, I had to flag someone down and they told me that there were literally no servers available and I would have to go to the bar. Not only did the bartender mess up my order multiple times, but she seemed more intent on cleaning up early than actually doing their job. When my food finally arrived, it was cold and they are individually wrapped everything to go instead of dine-in. She also tried to charge me full price for my Mayo instead of using my Blazin Rewards. Tonight, I also had to flag someone down. There was a server, but she messed up the order on multiple occasions. There was literally one other table other than me. I work in hospitality with a focus on food and beverage. I've been to hundreds of restaurants I haven't experienced service is bad in quite some time. Buffalo Wild Wings customer service isn't that great either. I contacted them the second time I had a bad experience and never heard back from them. This is not how you keep customers who rack up thousands of Blazin reward points from...
