I have called twice since Friday, February 16th. I was told both times someone would call me back within 24 hours. We had a birthday party there and I would like to talk to a manager. This is my last attempt at reaching out before I start making reviews online and contacting corporate.
When I booked the party 3 days after booking someone called me who sounded less than enthusiastic about making the phone call. She took my order for pizza and drinks and then said someone would be in contact with me about a week before the party to get a head count and make sure no changes would be made to the menu. The day before the party I called because I had not received a call to confirm anything. They said because I was adding more people than the original 10 people I would get 2 more pizzas and 2 more drinks. I gave them the order for that as well.
The next day we arrived for the party 30 minutes before the start of the party to start decorating and setting up food. When I had scheduled the party they told me we could arrive early with our food and decorations and then meet guests by check-in to get them in. We got there and they couldn't find the reservation. She then said it was on a previous year even though my receipt was for the correct day and time. I went to the room to start setting up and getting the food ready and they told us we couldn't go into the room until 7:30 pm. The party is from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm on a Thursday. So I explained to them it was dinner time. I had paid to have a party here and I was never told we wouldn't have access to a party room. I have never had a party where that has happened. They told me we go in but we wouldn't have an attendant until 7:30 pm. I said it was fine that we could hang the decorations and set up the food we brought in. Guests started arriving and the kids were jumping and running around. They start asking me for drinks. I am told they can't provide anything until 7:30, not even water (water for a 3-hour party should be included). I went to the concession stand to order some drinks and the girl behind the counter is making pizzas without gloves and sticking her hand under her shirt to scratch her underboob. Absolutely disgusting. At 8:00 p.m. we asked an employee if they were going to call for our party. She said the sound system was broken and you have to go get them. No one came and told us that we had to go ask. I got all of the kids together and the birthday kid had to go to the restroom. The room attendant said is everyone in here and I said no the birthday boy would be back shortly. She left and left the cake knife on the table with the cake and never came back so we sang happy birthday and I cut the cake myself. She only delivered 2 out of 4 pizzas as well as 2 out of 4 pitchers of drinks. I would have tried to speak to a manager but the person who claimed they were a manager didn't look older than 18 and no one else seemed to care about doing much of anything. Overall, I could have paid for 14 kids to jump and then gone to Chick-fil-a for less than what a birthday party costs here. I will be letting everyone I know about my experience unless this is rectified.
I have called 4 times and emailed once since March 16th and got absolutely no response. I was supposed to get a call back from Shelby or Troy and...
Read moreMy experience here was horrible beside the jumping part. I booked the MEGA VIP BIRTHDAY PARTY, and letâs just say I am disgusted. My first born turned 3 years old and I take everything dealing with her personal because that is my child. The host of the party at the New Orleans location was rude as heck. They didnât host nothing at all. I did everything. First of all my kid and her friends spoke and she said not one word. Keep in mind this is a 3 year old, secondly she left out the party without saying nothing at all, we had to go looking for her to come back and pass out the pizza. Well I ended up passing the pizza to the kids because she left out once again. My party favors were thrown on the table, I had to go in and fix them up, from the money I paid I feel this is unacceptable. My decorations werenât even put up that I bought. Thirdly, the pizza was not cooked all the way, and when she asked what kind of pizza the kids wanted, they said cheese. She responded rudely and said âpizza or meat loverâ again this is a kids party, a 3 year old at that. If you didnât want to work around kids you should find another job. My baby party was ruined. We did not have fun at all. I paid too much money for that party and all was given was a refund on the pizza. And free jumping passes. That not enough for me and I will be reporting to head quarters and BBB (Better Business Bureau). And they thought it was funny that I told on them, we didnât even spend the hour in the party room because I was trying to resolve the issue that the hostess caused.. I am very upset with this experience. And we donât even Live in New Orleans. We are from Baton Rouge. The food station only caters to parties. We couldnât order any hot food, and they donât sell everything that is on their menu . No hot dogs, no churros. And no pizza or tenders could be ordered because they only have 1 oven and itâs producing party orders the whole time. So if your looking to jump and grab a bite, luke warm nachos are your...
Read moreJust had a party here for my 7year old may 20th 2017. While she loves sector 6 and has a great time. The party was a disaster. First I think it's a bit over priced. I should really just pay for 20 kids and go eat a chick fila. But never mind that... First one of the employees dropped a bucket of water outside the party room and my daughter slipped and fell and was completely soaked at her party. I literally asked her if she fell into the bucket. Even her hair was wet that's how much water was on the floor. She was fine thankfully. Probably a little adrenaline from being excited with her friends so she didn't feel it. Luckily sector 6 gave her a shirt that was included in the hefty party price. There was no one at the time around the water telling people to go around. Then, 15 mins later one of our guests slipped and fell walking to the bathroom with her baby in her arms and the baby hit her head . The ambulance had to come to check them both out. There was no wet floor sign to be seen til after she had fallen. Then our party host dropped our platter of sandwiches and I pretty much set up the entire room with decorations and plates myself because it wasn't done before hand like I saw some other rooms. So what was I paying for other than to jump and to eat in a freezing room? That was also a complaint. The room was freezing, all our guests were shaking. It was an horrible experience. I wouldn't ever throw a party here. They really need to think about redoing their floors with something less slippery when wet. There's kids constantly running and someone could really get hurt. Also, the employees out on the jump space would blow the whistles so loud right next to you. Super painful for the ears. Very disappointed in my experience as we've been to jump a few times there and never had issues. But luckily they're supposedly opening a 3rd jump place in the Jefferson parish area that hopefully will be a...
