I really like this store, Idk if the customer service is as good at all of them, but the one on Jefferson Hwy. @ Elmwood is great..I purchased a PS4, a headset and a couple of games. Well after about 6 months I had a problem with the PS4 CONSOLE..It literally would not turn on or anything, so I called the store. The sales associate asked me to bring it into the store, so they could evaluate the issue, so I did. After a few minutes of testing with whatever software they use he said, would it be OK if I just give you a BRAND NEW ONE..I said that would be GREAT..Think about it..The PS4 was now out of warranty and even though I didn't purchase an extended warranty, they still gave me a NEW PS4 CONSOLE...THAT'S WHAT I CALL EARNING CUSTOMER BUSINESS..I will always buy my gaming equipment from them..No online shopping for me from anywhere other than...

New female staff was very rude and pushy as soon as I walked in after having a good day was originally looking to buy some funkcopops but there shelves are not organized as a collector the they are so mix matched not like the staff here are making hard to find things so they can buy it themselves I saw PS5 cameras was available in store but she lied about the amount in store and said just sold last one and she was flirting with the man as a walked in so I believe that why she was so rude and rushing me out so she can go back to flirting over working not even game are organized to company policy definitely don't recommend going till they keep things organized and treat...

Prices are higher than most of their competition, but they do their best to make up for it with their lackluster service. I made the mistake of doing an in-store pre-order for a collectible. There's no way to track your pre-order online and apparently they don't notify you via e-mail, call, text, or even smoke signal when the item comes in. Apparently, by giving them your money well in advance, you earn the privilege of calling the store on a weekly basis to see if the item ever arrives. Would be 1 star, but at least the employees are...
