I ordered a fiery crispy wrap with heavy lettuce and a 4pc cheesy tots with 2 ranch. The young lady who took my order was such a sweetheart, professional, thorough, and apologized for the simple mishaps she had (which weren't a big deal to me). However, the fact that she cared enough to acknowledge the possibility of creating an unpleasant experience for me was so admirable because I was once a fast good manager for years. Christopher took my payment and handed me my food, which was so fresh and delicious. I did have to go inside to request a side of lettuce because my wrap had hardly any and I didn't have the ranch I requested. However, Christopher handled the situation beautifully. The only takeaway is that I didn't liked that he left the drive thru window where he had touched so many cards, bills, and change and went to grab tongs to place my lettuce in a cup. While I appreciate the fact that he used tongs, I would have liked him to wash his hands and/or wear gloves. Also, when handing me my food, rather than placing my card back in my hand, he put it in my bag ok top of my napkins. That's simply unsanitary considering how many places my debit card has been. I frequent this restaurant and have had more great experiences with staff and food quality than anything...especially when it's come me to the restaurant staying open the hours it's supposed to. Read moreIf I could give it a zero I would. I went to the drive thru on 8/28/23 around 6:15pm and ordered a whopper jr with cheese no tomato, no pickle. When I gor home I had a whopper with no cheese. I called and the first time no one would pick up. I called again and they picked up and hung up the phone in my face. I called a third time and had to explain several times why my order was wrong. The girl was like "ok." Then I said are you all going to replace my order. She said I had to bring it back today. I told her I was already home and wasn't coming all the way back up there. I told her I would come the next time I pass that way but she said it had to be today. I told her I would just report it. Now I'm waiting to see what's going to happen. I just want my $5.87 refunded and I will not be visiting that Burger King...
Read moreI ordered a #1. The sign stated it was $9.09- already way overpriced. I was told the total was $10.89. Tax is not that high. When I inquired about the cost, I was told it included tax. How much are you charging for tax, because that is almost double the tax. The answer was, "Oh, the sign must need to be changed." I told them to keep it. What actually happened is that she automatically upsized without me asking. How do I know? Because that is what happened the last 4 times I went there, even though twice I specifically said NO UPSIZING.
