On Tuesday July 6,2021 I ordered online and redeemed 60 points for a free pizza, then I also used the $5.99 coupon for two medium two topping pizzas, I understand that my two pizzas under my coupon had more than two toppings and I would pay more than $5.99 for each pizza, my problem is that with the two pizzas and the free pizza my total came up to $26.35, so I didnât pay for it online, I chose to pay for it at the store, soon arriving at the store I told the lady what had happened and she said she would get a manager, so then the manager came and I told her what had happened, and she said that the redemption for a free pizza doesnât work that way and that the price for the free pizza goes towards whichever pizza is the most expensive, I told her that I have ordered the way I did this time and didnât have this problem, I even told her I would show her on my phone, she then caught an attitude with me and said I donât need to see your phone and I donât care what you say, you can either pay for the pizza are not pay and because of the attitude she gave me and how rude she was I chose not to pay and didnât take the food, she then yelled at me you wonât get your points back either as if she was trying to hurt me, this was very un professional and was not handled in a way that I would expect a manager to conduct his or her selfâŠ.. and honestly I order pizza from yâall twice a month and I always tip and after this experience I think Iâll never order from...
   Read moreWorst customer service. Messed up my order. I called to get a credit back considering the pizza is much cheaper than the one I ordered. The guy on the phone kept running to talk to the manager. I guess the manager was too busy to deal with me at first. Then when he got on the phone he was rude. I had the same tone and he got loud with me and said I was yelling. I continued to talk in the same tone as I had been and he said oh now your not. I asked for a confirmation or something that a credit was on my account. He said he couldn't give me anything. The only thing I could do was call another time for an order and ask for him by name (so I have to remember that and hope they can get in touch with him if they don't see the credit). I asked him if he could text or email me just stating we have a credit he said no, Got loud, wouldn't listen and hung up. My husband called back and went around in circles with him and when my husband confirmed I wasn't telling he said oh my bad. Never apologized. I can't trust a place of management acts that way. He is setting a horrible example for his employees. I will literally go anywhere else for pizza...
   Read moreThe only upside to my experience at this Location was the drive through. Otherwise the clerk who took my card said it was declined and then just stared at me. Yes there was definitely money in the account and my past experiences with restaurants and stores alike she could've manually entered the card number and it would've been fine but she did not offer. Just stared at me... the pizza has gone way downhill, it was so terrible. There was even a random piece of pineapple on my pizza. Dough also seemed uncooked.The specialty chicken was half the size is used to be which I had last about a month or two ago. It's incredibly sad considering they charge 6$ for maybe 8 little pieces. They also forgot my 2liter Coke. Which could be argued or considered my boyfriends fault for not reminding them but still frustrating. Overall tonight's dine out has lead me to the decision of not ordering...
