I order from here a lot, but lately the service has been awful. Today was the third time my tracker stayed on “quality checking” my order for more than 30 minutes! This means my food is out of the oven, boxed, sitting there getting cold for 30 minutes and hasn’t even left the store. The first Time it happened I called to see if there was a problem, the manager Liz answered the phone, I explained the situation and asked if there was a problem. She said “yeah, we’re busy” then stated my food would leave in the next 15 minutes and hangs up. So if your food is cold, it’s because it sat in “quality check” 45 minutes before it left to be delivered. That’s just unacceptable service and it happens over and over...

When I went into the store to pick up my order I told the employee I needed to pay. She told me "we don't take hundreds" and then said that there's a gas station up the road.

Then we tried calling and the same thing happened, then we spoke to a supposed manager, at least she claimed to be one.
