I always order pizza from my local Domino's store located on 1050 Millervile Rd, Baton Rouge, LA. I always order the same combination pizza, pan pizza with ham, tomatoes and roasted red pepers, light sauce and well done, usually I place my order online. On 2/12/2021 I was close to the store so I decided to place my order in person so I walked in the store and placed my order. Unfortunately a few mistakes happened in my order and I got a large regular crust pizza with regular sauce, toppings were right, not well done. I though, well, sometimes mistakes happen and let it go. Today again I was close by and decided to place my order in person, pizza come out again with regular amount of sauce, I always order light sauce because I cannot tolerate to much tomato sauce so I asked her nicely to remake it and this young lady give me an attitude, why!!? She asked to the makeline guys to remake it and they pulled the pizza from the oven as a "fresh done" when I ordered "well done" so when I asked her about it she told me: I don't have time to talk to you", then she turned around and walked away from me. I never felt so unrespected!!! Is this the kind of customer service you want for your loyal customers? I don't think so... Read moreUnacceptable.... I placed an order on my mobile app thinking this would be the easiest way to get something to eat while in a city I am not from an unfamiliar with. Haha boy was that joke on me! After placing the order I received a call shortly after where I was told that they didn't deliver to my location which I believe was lies because I put in my location and it generated the location for me which was only maybe 4 miles away. Anywho I'm told that the order would be ready in a certain amount of time so I proceeded to make my way there which was a little after the expected time. When I arrive I walk up to the counter to get my order and what do you know the guy can't find it. He doesn't tell me this but I'm watching what is going on and he walks up to a coworker, tells him something and that guy starts preparing pizza. I'm told my order would be ready in like 12 minutes so I go and wait in my car. Go back inside and again told that my order was still not ready. Like what the ...... It was a mobile order. It SHOULD have been ready by the time I arrived. Let alone being able to locate it. I pay money for something which in return pays you for your time so technically customers are the reason behind your paycheck. You would think one would realize this and at least try to provide customer satisfaction....

So I placed an order for lunch and us my reward toward the price. I go and Get the pizza. Get back to work. It wasn’t what I ordered. So I had nothing to eat for a 16-hour night shift. So I brought the food back and spoke with one of the three Managers. (Yes there are three managers at this location) He agreed to replace the pizza which was worth $31.49 with a menu item of equivalent value. I'm like okay give me chicken wings instead. So he then said “Okay one 16-piece wings” That's not of equal value. That's only half. So now the employees are looking at me like I said something funny. So instead of giving me what we agreed to. He gave me a refund for the pizza instead. But what about my half-off reward coupon? It's just lost. And when I ask for the district manager's phone number. They laughed and replied, “No we’re not doing that. Call the 1-800 number.” So now I'm trying to get in touch with someone who can do something about the three laughing General Managers at this location. Because how you messed up my order.
