Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Louisiana

I decided to order carry out which, I never do, because I was feeling sick this day. I live about 8mins away from this location and waited over 1 hour for them to deliver my pizza. When it was delivered to me it was cold and they brought me 2/3 of the wrong dipping sauces I ordered. The driver said she could bring me the correct ones and I said thank you. Once i sat and opened my box, I saw that there was no cheese or sauce on the entire center of my pizza. It was just naked dry baked bread. There was only cheese, pepperoni at the tops near the crust. I called the store and they told me I should have ordered extra cheese if I wanted extra. I explained that I don’t need extra cheese, the issue was half of the pizza was bald!! I said the driver was coming back to bring me the correct sauce anyway so I asked if they could just remake it and send it back with her and she could take the messed up pizza back to the store. The girl on the phone told me that I needed to come into their location to let the manager see the pizza before they would make me another one. I was frustrated because the whole point of delivery was so I didn’t have to go outside not feeling well!! So I drive to the store and the manager angrily throws the pizza away after looking at and tells and the boy to ring up another one and make it but then he tells me it will take 17mins!!! No refund, no extra accommodations! Just made me wait again for another pizza that they messed up. I have been ordering from here for 4 years and this is the absolute worse experience I have had with this location. I will not be trusting them to deliver anything to me again because they do not double check the food at all before...

Trashing a business I will not do. I love Dominos pizza. Last week I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza. Picked it up and half way home realized there was no cheese or pepperoni on it. Call the store . They didn’t believe me and wanted to see it. It was a good laugh and they made my order right . I know things happen and giving a bad review never came to mind. My point is taking my time to review a business, something has to be really bad. Store 5265 Port Allen Louisiana. My second time at this particular and never again will I come to this location. Both times I’ve been here the pizza has been just awful. Hardly any cheese or toppings. Big bubbles in the dough. It’s some of the employees that are just rude. I’m ringing a doorbell to be let in and didn’t realize I had to wait over 5 minutes for there conversation to end. That’s no exaggeration either. Asked the manager about the garlic and ranch dipping sauce I ordered. She talked to me like I was 2 years old. Dipping sauce don’t come with your order. I said I payed for them. My receipt was thrown on the counter and her ( manager) finger slammed down on the receipt “ IF YOU ORDERED DIPPING SAUCE IT WOULD BE RIGHT HERE! “. A pause cause she realized the dipping sauce was on the receipt and just as I said. PAID FOR! This location really needs a entire new employee structure from ground up. To who all reads this.. You want great pizza? Eat Domino’s. Whatever you do, stay away from the Port Allen location until there...

Our family decided to try the pizza that went viral on social media. My fiance loves to try new concepts, especially if it sounds and looks appetizing.

For this particular pizza, the viral pizza is "pizza with extra garlic Parmesan sauce instead of tomato sauce, extra cheese, Cheddar cheese blend, Philly cheesesteak, and bacon". However, we did remove the bacon (we do not eat pork).

On sight, the pizza looks delicious and smells great. After tasting a slice of it, I was not amazed, but it wasn't bad. The after taste from the garlic parmesan sauce is too tangy and a bit off for me.

So I'm not knocking the pizza but I am knocking the sauce. I don't mind trying other sauce toppings but for this one, I say stick with the tomato sauce, or if they have another substitute it that you like to use.

So I give it a 3, not because it didn't look good or smell good, it was/is simply because of the after-taste of the sauce which takes away from...
