Read moreFirst time I came here, it was alright, got what I wanted. It was a little slow in the drive-thru. Today, I went again because I haven't in a while. First thing was that the girl didn't let me finish my order, didn't even ask if I wanted a drink or a side. I went to the window because maybe she didn't hear me or thought I was done.
I tell her that I wasn't finished ordering, and mind you I said this in a nice way because I was giving her the benefit of the doubt. She proceeds to shake her head and slam the window shut and ask the next customer what they wanted.
I was appalled for two reasons, first that she was acting incredibly rude and second that she had the audacity to shut the door in my face without even telling me if she had a problem.
I didn't say anything more past "not finishing ordering" and left.
I understand working late and being the only person there as I have worked in the food and retail industry before, but that in no way allows for you to be rude to anyone especially someone who being nice...

Wasn't asked if it was dine in or carry out so therefore my food was placed in a bag when I was eating in. If you're really wanting Jack in the Box then I'd suggest finding another location and skip this one altogether. Oh and I did fill out their survey that was on my receipt and gave great detail about my visit. As I was leaving I got a phone call from someone about my visit and he said that he would reach out to the restaurant general manager and have him/her contact me the next morning. Well the next morning came and went and no additional contact. So it appears that customer service isn't a priority from this...
