El Tio is hands down one of the best Mexican spots I’ve been in Baton Rouge! The atmosphere is so good and welcoming, it immediately makes you feel comfortable. Their guacamole is fresh and perfectly seasoned, and the carne asada tacos were unbelievably juicy and flavorful—definitely a must-try. The enchiladas had this incredible tangy tomatillo sauce that tied everything together beautifully. To top it off, their margaritas are next-level, super refreshing and perfectly balanced.
