Johnny's Pizza House — Restaurant in Louisiana

Okay in July I came here for pizza when I picked it up it wasn’t thin crust. Crust was not done and sticking to cardboard box(please see pictures) I called the mgr she apologized and said she would send me a gift card…gift card never came no worries I forgot about it….today in September I received an email we miss you so I ordered again…I ordered extra cheese on my pizza there was less than normal and burnt (please see pictures) then I ordered bone-in wings I received boneless (please see pics of wings and receipt)… it was like someone was purposely messing up my order and I don’t think that truly was happening, but it’s sad that no one caught this two times in a row… I got the same apology from the manager this time as I did in July oh we have new people… So I did not ask for a gift card. I went back up there wasted my time having to drive back up there to receive a cash refund. I was nice enough to let the Window person keep the cash tip that I always give lol… today was my last order from Johnny’s North market Blanchard, Louisiana, Louisiana…after response from owner I will try Johnnys pizza again because I understand this is not his or hers vision for their restaurant…and some employees may make a great restaurant look not inviting from the experience…so I will be ordering again and thank you so much for your response…and I will pay...

this place literally has the best pizza! I am from Texas and it's very hard to find really good pizza. Johnny's Pizza house is definitely doing it big in my opinion!!! It is a little pricey but at least it's good!!! 👍 last night when I went and ordered a pizza, I read that they do have a lunch buffet for $9.99 which is an all you can eat pizza and salad! Now that is a good deal...!!! So more than likely I'm gonna start eating there at lunchtime whenever I have a chance. I am grateful, though that I actually found a place that is good because while I was in Texas, I got to the point. I was pretty much burnt out on pizza just due to the fact they all seem to just taste the same. I don't know what it is that's different about Johnny's Pizza house, but they are definitely doing something different with their pizzas and it is A1 in my book. Y'all keep up the great work and keep making them delicious pizza's!!! my favorite part about them is they actually have green olives to put on my pizzas and that is one thing that hardly no other pizza places have. Yes they have the black olives, but never ever the green ones and the green ones give it that salty taste and just makes it absolutely...

If I could rate this a 0 star I would. Havent been in a while but today was horrible. The manager on duty was screaming at the employees. The kitchen was a disaster and noone really knew there job. The cashier up front was not froendly at all and had an attitude. We waited 25 minutes to get our pizza. Another 15 to get 1 order of breadsticks and 4 cups of cheese sauce. Oh and then another 10 minutes for our final breadstick. The cashier never took my name or gave me an order number or a receipt. She took an order of breadsticks from another order and gave them to us and they were not fresh amd hot like the last order of breadsticks. The cheese cups were as cold as oir drinks and not even warm like usual. The kitchen looked like a circus and noone seemed to m ke what they were to be doing. I finally got a receipt amd then realized she overcharged us for our order but it was not worth the attitudes and drama to get the adjustment. Overall the worst experience we have ever had...
