Complaint Regarding Unprofessional and Rude Behavior of General Manager
Dear Little Caesars Customer Service,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an extremely unprofessional and rude experience I encountered at this location.
On this occasion, I attempted to place an order through the drive-thru. After several unsuccessful attempts to complete my order, I informed the order taker that I would come inside to place the order instead. The drive-thru representative was in a hurry and failed to exhibit the customer service I expect from Little Caesars.
Upon entering the lobby, I was not greeted by the representative. Instead, she abruptly asked me what I wanted to order. I asked her to cancel the original order so that I could place it anew to ensure there were no misunderstandings. The representative, however, became increasingly agitated. At this point, I decided to cancel my order entirely due to the lack of professionalism and the poor treatment I received, which is not in line with Little Caesars’ mission statement. I then asked for the manager’s information.
The representative informed me that she was the general manager, Nicole Demarco. Her demeanor remained unfriendly and dismissive throughout our interaction. She made no effort to rectify the situation or to make me feel welcome.
I am deeply disappointed by this encounter and will not be visiting this location again. The lack of leadership and professionalism displayed by Ms. Demarco is alarming, and I am concerned about the impact this may have on the training and development of other staff members under her supervision.

I decided to go to the Chalmette Store to place my order and I asked was something wrong with the phone and the person who take the orders through drive through said no.
