DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE !! THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE AND LYING ABOUT THEIR EXPERIENCES. I brought my phone to them to get my battery replaced . (Yes , it was 3 months ago) but I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that they knew what they were doing . After having a NEW problem pop up with my phone and my phone still giving issues I took it to a T-Mobile Tech. I was told that they DID NOT use the right Apple software and that my battery wasn’t put in correctly or calibrated which was the problem and they also hit something in my phone causing problems with my silence button . I took it back and had the T-Mobile tech speak to these men and they had no idea what the was referring too to . Then I was told that I was overcharged for my service . They told the tech they charge 69 dollars to replace a battery . I was charged 90 ! And I still have the receipt . I was told return today to speak to the owner and when I did he was not there ! I asked if they could call him because at this point I wanted all my money back . They called him spoke with him on speaker but was speaking in their own language and told me we can’t refund u for the battery it’s unfortunate. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! They don’t know how to fix phones correctly or the proper APPLE SOFTWARE which you need authorization to use form Apple itself and they are not authorized!! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONES HERE! This was the worst experience I have ever had and I will never do business with this store...

Horrible & rude employees. Especially the owner. He doesn't ever accept responsibility for his mistakes. Went in and was told a supplier was bringing the part for my phone and it would be done in 2.5 hours.......5 hours later I call to check on it and was told the part needed to be ordered. When I asked why could someone not call me and tell me as I needed my phone back same day, the owner got rude and defensive placing blame and lied. Had someone called and said they needed to order the part I would have chose to pick my phone up and take it elsewhere so I could have received same day service. Will never return to this place. Every single time I have tried them, it's always days for the repair to be finished.

Regardless of what type of phone was mentioned over the phone the point is that when I went in the store and the type of phone was actually identified there was a call made to the supplier and you said you could get the part and have it done in 2.5 hours!! Stop trying to justify your wrong by an irrelevant thing. You promised it to be done in 2.5 hours AFTER you identified the actual type of phone! Lastly once you realized you could not fulfill the promise you should have contacted me to tell me so I could decide if I wanted to wait on a part to come in. Ordering the part and paying to have it next day is your own fault. I bet next time you will call the customer to see how they want you to proceed when you can't fulfill your...

This guy tried to scam me.

A Tech wireless repair installed a defective battery in my iPhone and fried it.

Not only is he not taking responsibility for it but wants to charge me 30.00 more dollars to lie to me and tell me I need another battery phone this one broke and there’s nothing he can do to fix it.

Then holds my phone and won’t return it until he scams me out more money. Even after telling him I need to see how I’m going to get my work app out the burnt phone to put it where.

I have no phone now and no way to go to work and he’s holding my phone to extort money out me.

This guy acted like a fraud would act.

I missed 8 days of work No phone Out 85.00 for a defective battery Out 900.00 for my phone which hasn’t been paid off yet.

This is a lot of problems for me just wanting to get a new battery. He completely turned my life upside down and he needs to be made an example of for trying to defraud a fellow citizen of the same town he lives in. That’s as low as a person can get to cause these problems just to not have to pay me for my phone and time...
