I visited that restaurant twice in the past two weeks. On both occasions, I ordered a fillet fish with extra cheese, and I was charged an additional dollar for it. However, when I received my meals, I discovered that none of them had the extra cheese. Initially, I thought the staff might have forgotten to add it.
Today, I ordered a Big Mac and a fillet fish with extra cheese. When I opened my Big Mac, I found that it was missing the beef. Similarly, the fillet fish was served without the extra cheese. I returned to the restaurant and explained my concerns, mentioning that I had ordered two fillet fish with extra cheese two days prior and that they had not been included in my meals.
The restaurant responded to my complaint by stating that the fillet fish did not come with cheese. They explained that it was only served with half the cheese, which they claimed was not mentioned on the menu. However, this explanation seemed contradictory because the menu clearly indicated that the fillet fish was served with extra cheese.
I would never go back to that location again. I can’t trust these...

Do you wanna guess what they were out of? If you guessed Diet Coke you'd be correct. This has to be the worst run McDonald's I have ever come across.
Original Review: The McDonald's on Clearview by Rouses is the worst run McDonald's I have ever been to. Whatever you order, they're either out of it or the machine that dispenses it is broken. I once received raw chicken from there. One time they ran out of ketchup.
The last straw was when I went through the drive thru last week to order a diet coke. Not only did it take forever, after I paid I was informed that the coke machine was out of order. I was offered an iced tea instead. I didn't want a tea, so I just asked for my money back. After 10 minutes of them trying to figure out how to give a refund, I told them to not worry about it and left. So, enjoy the free $1.09, McDonald's.
It's close to my house, so its convenient, but I now go out of my way to...

There were only three people working in the restaurant, so we we're directed to the kiosk. I don't know if the reason there were so few workers was because of the kiosk, but what would have taken less than a minute to put in an order with a person took more than five minutes in front of that computerized monstrosity.
The workers seemed overwhelmed by the sheer number of people in the store.
Though the kiosk promised table service, our food didn't show up for almost 10-minutes, so I walked up to the counter. After a 2 or 3 minute wait, the lady went to the back counter, grabbed a bag and said our order was ready.
The fries were lukewarm at best and the burgers dry and overcooked.
I do not blame the workers, who were doing everything in their power to fill the orders given. I blame the management for relying on a computer to do a job that can be done much better by a warm, caring human being.
Shame on...
