This Popeyes location is pathetic. EVERYTIME we go there, THERE IS MULTIPLE ISSUES! Today's issue was simply this..... No one in line at the drive thru, nor was there anyone waiting inside. I ordered one order of chicken dippers. That's it. When I went to pay, the girl at the window asked me if I want to wait 5 minutes and do I want to wait? I said, if I have to wait 5 minutes, then I guess I will wait. What a stupid question to begin with! No..... I don't really want to wait 5 minutes for a tiny order of thin chicken straws, but what choice do I have. If I want it? So, I pay and she tells me to pull around to the double doors. EVERYTIME WE COME TO THIS LOCATION,, WE HAVE TO PULL AROUND TO THE DOUBLE DOORS. There was no one behind nor in front of me. They never came out to bring me my order. I saw a gentlemen come out of there shaking his head, telling me everyday everyday.... same ole thing...... they make you wait forever and don't even drop your order in, until you go back in to question then where it is. I went in and they just brushed me off. I told them that they told me 5 minutes and we were way past that time. They asked the cook in the back how much longer on my dippers. He yells out 3 minutes. Well, I had already been waiting that inside and 10 outside. My car running outside wasting what little fuel i had left. I asked therm 2 more times, as I had someone in the car with their food being cold from having just picked theirs up from another place. They dismissed me, looked at me like I was crazy and were not at all apologetic. The cook them yells out to his other teammates..... PLEASE TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT THE DIPPERS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND IT WILL TAKE 3 MINUTES! They all told him.... "We told her that". I said "yes, they told me 5 minutes and now I've been waiting for over 15 minutes and you still don't have them ready!" He just looked at me and I looked at him and reinterrated.... IT'S BEEN OVER 15 MINUTES! 15! They slowly walked my bag over to me, didn't apologize to me and just kept looking at me like they didn't give a dam! This is the second time this week they've done this crap.... just different crap last time.... giving us our order and not leaving 2 items out of that order. Order and pay for a large red beans and they gave us a small. Ordered a Summer Splendor special and the wrap had one teeny sliver of chicken in it. Didn't even bother putting the chicken dippers in the bag, that came with the combo. They don't care. They're lazy and couldn't give a flying crap about giving you good customer service. Read moreI ordered in the drive-thru line tonight i specifically asked for no wings 4 times and also asked for 2 spicy thighs to be added to my all mild box of chicken i ordered a 10pc family meal with 2 large sides fries and mashed potatoes and a large red beans on the side along with 2 sweet heat sauce and 2 bbq sauce also 4 cherry cheese cake pies i get up to the window to pay and the young girl Raquel who took our order keeps staring at me all crazy behind my husband who is the driver im in passenger we get asked to drive around i thought ok maybe they need to drop more chicken so we pull around to wait for the girl to come out my husband notices this impolite staring as well and asked me if i knew why which i replied no i am 6 months pregnant with my 2 children in backseat what she looking all crazy at idk but anyway she finally comes out with our food my husband asked if the sauce we requested is in the bag and she says yes so we say thank u and are going to pull off and this girl is staring directly at me again And literally walks to the door to go in and even turns around and stares at me again with some mean mug on for absolutely no reason well we finally get home out of the rain and open our box of chicken and right on top is 5 wings and no large mashed potatoes or bbq sauce and the pies are apple not cherry cheesecake so i immediately think wow this is a joke right it was definitely deliberately so i grab reciept call the store ask to speak to manager Anthony and explained that our order is messed up and missing food and he says he typed our order in for tbw cashier so why he got it wrong idk all he can do is replace 2 spicy thighs and the mashed potatoes how is that even fair its not what we ordered i specifically asked for no wings and got 5 why not take all wings back and replace with 5 pieces of chicken that would be the right thing to do since its what we ordered but nooo its somehow a problem not to mention they forgot our mashed potatoes and bbq sauce smh never again and so now this pregnant woman is picking chicken off of small wings for my 2 toddlers and fuming!!! 😡😡😡 and also the wait is extremely too long with no one in line its still 20+ minutes everytime i...
Read moreDO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The employees are rude, the order is always wrong, and the food is always cold and not good. I gave this location three chances spread out over months and every single time has been horrible. The location in Wisconsin where I'm originally from is 100x better and more consistent which really shows how bad this location in LOUSIANA, the home place of Popeyes, really is. They need to fire the WHOLE staff - you are getting reports of credit card fraud, horrible service, horrible food and for some reason months later the same issues remain. Either get a whole new staff (manager included because she obviously can NOT run this store) or shut the whole place down, its a disgrace on the Popeyes name. Save your money (and potentially even more money if the comments about credit card fraud are true) and go literally anywhere else, the forgotten burger near a bus stop is probably a better option.
