McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisiana

I live in Belle Chasse so I just wanted to pick up something quick for the kids and since the Belle Chasse McDonald’s has a rating of 1, I made the error of driving over the bridge to this establishment. After paying for my food I was instructed to pull up and wait. I did so, for ten mins, though there was not one car in front or behind me... I was given my food by one of the rudest people I have ever come across. The bags entering my vehicle recked of old grease, and were not warm. When I got home, the kids chicken nuggets (the reason for the ten min wait), were not even included, the plain kids hamburger I had ordered had onions and pickles and looked like it had been trampled on by everyone working that shift. The fries were cold and tasted like they smelt, and were completely inedible. I didn’t come to McDonald’s expecting a 5 Star dining experience but this is completely unacceptable, and seems to be endemic of the areas fast food joint. Maybe y’all should get together and figure out how to fix these problems. I’m shocked given all of these negative experiences listed here alone, that you are still open. Fact is, I paid for meals, I didn’t get them and what I did get, it couldn’t be eaten because of the quality. A few months back I used to stop here every morning for a sausage biscuit and a medium caramel frappe for probably 4 months straight. Ms. Latrice at the back window taking my order eventually recognized my car and before I could even speak she would ask me if I wanted what I usually get and she never forgot it. After that I started working mid-day shifts and while they serve lunch I just get a large fry and a medium coke with no ice. 2 days into ordering this and Ms. Latrice remembers my order and does the same she used to do with my breakfast order. Always has a very positive attitude and she is there at least 6 days a week working long shifts. I just wanted to leave this review to show appreciation to Ms. Latrice. Amazing woman and I believe today is actually her last day. Just a thank you to Ms. Latrice for always having a smile on your face and a very positive attitude! As well as the lady in the front (I believe she has red hair but I never caught her name) she always triple checks my order and I never have to worry about my order being incorrect if these two awesome workers are there! Again thank you for coming to work and putting on a smile honestly I could be having a really bad day and seeing these 2 women happy and laughing with me...

I don't come here for the friendly service because I know I won't get it my burgers are always good either the shake machine is down or the sushie machine is down never both of them at the same time. You get five stars because I haven't got sick from food poisoning & I know how it is to work for a fast food conglomerate morning shift is praised lunch shift is rushed dinner shift rush and defeated while overnight shift is understaffed depressed & defeated. It's a crappie job for little pay (but you filled that application you know what you got yourself into so smile be polite stock up ýour area and do your zone duties clock out and go home wake up and do it all over again) people don't care or respect you fast food workers they don't care about you fast food workers in fact they think your trash,so when you give them bad service you get one star two star reviews with negative comments .but I digress my food was good made right and that's what I paid for ,good luck with ...
