If there was a zero rating, we would give it a zero. The best strategy for any business or business owner is how you welcome a customer and/or potential customer. We were a party of 12 people with three kids. As soon as we walked in and informed the person about how many we are, we were dealt an absolutely negative body language followed by “Do you have a reservation?” and then followed by “you come 10 without reservation? “ and an eye roll. We put together a few tables to make 12 seats. Then he started asking again do you need 15 seats? If you don’t I want to take one table”. It was not only the words, it was the really bad attitude. We were puzzled and didn’t want to say anything bad, so we asked him “ are we Ok?” I was still trying to understand why he was so rude and un-inviting, So, we just talked to each other and decided to leave.
I don’t know if this person was an employee who just cost the owner at a minimum of $500 from one guest set. If this is the case, I hope the owner has a serious conversation with him.
If this person was the owner, then I guarantee that this will be a failing venture for him, because I am sure we are not the only ones that got treated this way and will not come again.
Finally, would I recommend this restaurant to any one? It all depends. If the person was an employee, then U would hope the owners do what they need to and we will give the place another shot. But if this was the owner, as much as I love Lebanese food, I would never recommend it to any one I know or whoever reads...
Read morePassed by here a few times during the pandemic. Finally pulled in and stopped for some quick take out. I don't have huge knowledge of middle eastern food, so I started with basics. I ordered an appetizer of humus, and a gyro. It was a sort wait before my food was ready. THE FOOD: The humus was the best I've had for a few years. Light, flavorful and a bright, though subtle flavor. 2 pitas included were plenty. Being from Chicago, I'm used to a gyro being kind of squat, and overstuffed with meat sliced off of a revolving hunk of meat on a spit. The gyro here is long and tightly rolled. Not a ton of meat inside, but it has tremendous flavor also. Really tasty. The prices here are decent and I can see I will be trying other items here in the future. Plenty of parking, and friendly service. The only negative was the olive oil on top of the humus spills out of the container if not held even. Not knowing this, the outside of everything in the bag was oil. No big deal. Maybe a word of caution when carrying out (I didn't even...

I will tell you that the restaurant itself is simple and easily classifies as hole in the wall, but that is what makes it great. It is always busy but never crowded and conversation is always easy. The food is amazing. My go to favorite is the Half and Half plate with Beef and Gyro, hummus and rice. My wife's favorite is the Half Roasted Chicken with double order of salad. The flavors and quality never leave us disappointed. Even though we have favorites we've tried just about everything. The falafels, kibby, and stuffed grapes leaves are go to's when we want a lil extra. If you like dessert definitely recommend the baklava, it's always fresh and exploding with flavor. We eat in and order take out often. The service either way is always great, very attentive and accommodating. If you are new to Lebanese/Mediterranean food stop by and...
