Update- please replace the management at this place because the disrespect and hollering I just received bc I simply asked about my drink order is obnoxious. Then once I asked for their name 3x I got two diff answers. Mado. Maditickens whatever it is. It’s sad to know that’s who’s in charge with such a bad attitude. Ordered extra crispy tenders and butter on both sides of the bread. Confirmed it again at the first window while paying to make sure. They made me wait for my order. The person behind me had 2 boxes in a bag walked out to him before me. When they brought the box to me skin is coming off chicken which Is why I asked extra crispy to avoid. Wasn’t extra crispy and bread isn’t buttered on both sides. It be the little things because now the chicken won’t taste fried but like batter pieces and mostly meat. As I eat it. It just tastes slippery over tender

This location needs a haul over of managers and retrain team members. Team members that understand Cane's philosophy of customer service skills and experience when interacting with the public. I don't appreciate being yelled our when ordering food most locations your greeted with a friendly voice and not being rush to order. 'HI WELCOME TO CANES WHAT CHICKEN COMBO YOU PICKING. I think that's it. Not someone yelling what else you need ?what else you want? It's simple Canes isn't like any other fast food restaurant. They all are unique in their own way. I recommend that this location go over with their team members customer service skills and look into the managers Alex I think his name was he didn't want to say. Also sanitation cleanliness and being able to see your card being swipe at the window.

I was attending my daughter's band competition which was being held near this establishment. Being that I have never been in this area before coming from my town of Watson that I was skeptical of the place and listened to a lot of negative 'hear-say' as well. I saw what my stomach was craving and expected the worst as I rushed in with my daughter in tow. Nothing negative at all!The atmosphere of this place was amazing and so were the employees. The young man who took my order was courteous and patient as I have always been an indecisive purchaser. Our food was delicious (as always) but it was the employees who made it that way.
