His exceptional memory allows him to recall the preferences of frequent customers, such as myself, ensuring a seamless and personalized dining experience. For instance, during each of my visits, I consistently order the spicy chicken tender family meal with a request for freshly prepared tenders. Tyrone, the sole employee managing the front counter and lobby orders, efficiently handles my arrival by promptly requesting the fry cooks to prepare my spicy tenders, considerably reducing my waiting time. Despite any personal challenges Tyrone may be facing, he consistently maintains a professional demeanor, always greeting customers with a smile and a positive attitude. On one occasion, as Tyrone's shift concluded and he prepared to leave the premises after ordering his own dinner, he noticed an elderly gentleman struggling to use the kiosk machine to place an order. During my dining experience at the establishment, I observed an exemplary act of customer service performed by Tyrone. While waiting for my meal, I noticed Tyrone attentively assisting an elderly gentleman who was experiencing difficulty in placing his order. Read moreDO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I went there to get food Saturday night on 9/9/23. The girl in the window told me to pull up and she forgot about me. It took for the guy that was on break that worked there to come out and ask me what was i waiting for. Then once she the (cashier) realized she forgot told me i had to wait 7 mins and I’d already waited 15 mins. I asked for my money back and was refunded by the manager on duty she refunded me someone else’s order for 11.00$ instead of my own which was 25.00$. Didn’t try to see what she do to help me nothing mind you I ordered 3 large beans and a 12 pc ghost pepper wings meal. Went back when i had time on 9/13 to talk to the store manager. She had a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE when the manager that i talked to said she couldn’t help me once i explained to her what happened that i needed to talk to the store manager. She asked why did i wait so long to come back? Didn’t ask me my side of the story didn’t even want to get up and talk to me barely looked up the receipt. Nobody wears name tags there. I didn’t see anybody with gloves on touching food with the regular hands and one of the workers look like she on drugs her eyes are so big. Read moreThis was some of the worst service I have ever had in the food industry. I ordered food in advance at 9:15 pm. I arrived at 9:30 pm. As of 10:11 pm I am still waiting and have not been given my food. The staff was extremely rude to me throughout the entire process. I watched people arrive half an hour after me and get their order before me. When I went to the window and asked why it was taking so long the cashier insulted me. Then they told me to pull up and wait upfront. After 20 minutes of waiting here and see 3 more new customers served their food, I backed up to the window and asked if I could please have my food now. The workers proceeded to insult me and act in a way devoid of all professionalism. I asked to speak with the manager and was yelled at by him. I continued to ask if I could please have my food that I have already paid for and he told me to pull up and wait or I wouldn’t get it. All the workers proceeded to laugh and make disparaging comments. I pulled up and waited for another 20 minutes and was still not brought my food. At this point I have been waiting over an hour for a very simple order. The treatment by the staff and verbal insults were atrocious.
