I normally would brag about this place( O'Neal location) I've been eating here about once or twice a week for the past few years and absolutely loved this place. I would drive from Hammond just to get my bbq beef fries. Unfortunately the past few times has been nothing to brag about. The store has been filthy customer service is horrible I have had to wait for someone to finish smoking to come take my order and the food is never right anymore. And it's been this way for the past few months.
