I had such a great experience at this snowcone place! Not only were the snowcones delicious (so many fun and refreshing flavors to choose from), but the service was incredible. Jovany, one of the employees, was especially helpful—he took the time to walk me through the most popular flavors, answered all my questions with a smile, and even offered a few suggestions based on what I told him I liked. Paid 8 and some change for 2 med stuffed snoballs 1 with condensed milk..1 easy syrup...forgot the ice cream in 1 because they didnt charge me so paid again for ice cream...they took off top of snowball added icecream .. topped it off with snoball and made it easy syrup....quess what absolutely no syrup under icecream and when i brought it back ...no apology..said they put syrup until i showed them white snoball...so i paid 4.50 for half a snoball with some ice cream....If i had gotten an apology just maybe i wouldnt be upset...lost a...

I love their desserts and every time I go I always order a strawberry sundae with swirl ice cream, choc chips and no nuts. Its really good! The last time I went i ordered something different and the server noticed I did, and smiled at me and told me "I see you didn't want a sundae today!" That made me feel very appreciated and recognized as a customer.
