Arrived on a Wednesday morning at 5:12 a.m. there was a young lady in the Drive-Thru .. this is the second encounter I've had with this young lady in the morning the drive-thru operator speaks so softly it is hard to hear her. I had to repeat myself several times ... And even though I repeated myself several times, she still got my order wrong ... I proceeded to go around through the drive-thru to pick up my drink ... She does not say hi. She does not say hello. She does not say good morning. There is no guest engagement ... She continues to look forward and just hands the card reader out the window ...
I don't know whose idea it was to stick a person in drive-thru that can't even engage with a guest she has zero personality, zero likability and no customer service engagement whatsoever
I set in drive-thru for about 3 minutes waiting on the item then I turned to her and said I also ordered a lemon loaf she said no you didn't and I replied. Yes, I did. You didn't hear me ... Then I proceeded to ask her if I had been sitting in the Drive-Thru for the past 3 minutes. Why wouldn't you ask me what else I needed? The window was open and so was the window to my vehicle. She said I asked you if you needed anything else
I told her you speak too softly your voice does not project and you don't engage with the guest. So no I didn't hear you. You didn't do any of those things
I will no longer be shopping at this Starbucks and if the general manager is reading this, please do something with this person. She shouldn't be in your drive-thru. Maybe she should just be making drinks...
Read moreI love love loveee, this drive in Starbucks. I’m up and down the roads a lot, so I love the convenience of being able to drive in and leave while not having to look for a spot from the “sit-in drinkers”. Considering Laplace is growing and they could squeeze in where they found space makes me grateful. While many say there is no “atmosphere” I don’t always think sitting inside somewhere creates an atmosphere. The employees are super lovely and kind, not to mention have learned my name and face, which creates a friendly atmosphere. My drinks are always made right, and they have even offered to re-make a few of my drink since I was late to get them. I hope they continue to do such a...
Read moreSo tired that once a week, my coffee is missing 2 inches of coffee from the top. I don’t have time to drive back. I’m on my way to work. When I do go back, I have to wait for them to make another coffee. I don’t have time for that either. This is happened so many times to me. I understand there’s foam on the top when they first pour it but wait for the phone to go down. I worked in a coffee shop five years and never ripped people off 2 inches of coffee this often. I wish there was another Starbucks on my route because I would definitely go that way. I just paid $7.00 dollars for coffee and actually tip these people every time I go and I always get ripped off. So...
