I frequent multiple Subways all over and I'm used to consistent taste and service no matter the location. However, this particular location was not the most pleasant. The steak I was served was just short of being spoiled. Upon returning the sub after 3 bites, the man, whom I assumed was the manager, asked what was wrong. I asked him how fresh was his steak. He proceeded to tell me that they're one of the busiest stores and they're always selling a lot of sandwiches, avoiding the original question. So, again, I asked how fresh is your steak? So then he asked me what was wrong with the sandwich? I proceeded to tell him that I believe that the steak has spoiled or is on it's way to being spoiled because it tastes differently. I told him that I frequent Subway a lot in many different areas and they're always consistent but I've never tasted a steak and cheese sub like the one I tasted it today. Then he proceeds to tell me that it's because of the juices of the steak not once checking to see if the temp was correct or checking to see if he could taste or understand the taste that I was talking about just shrugged it off as if it was a normal taste. I was in food service for a long time before the job that I have now and when in doubt you throw it out but clearly he doesn't care about the quality of what he's serving otherwise he would have investigated versus just saying that that's the way that it tastes which I know for a FACT steak and cheese from Subway never tastes that way.
P.S. ... After receiving a replacement sandwich for the first sandwich, as I went to bite it I noticed a hair strand wrapped in with my sandwich. I want to believe that it was an honest mistake, but after witnessing the cashier get an attitude because I asked her for fresh bread I wouldn't put it past her. I asked for my refund of $8.62 cents and I was shorted $0.24. I was beyond irritated at this point so I just left. Maybe it was because I questioned about the freshness of the steak that made them offended. Either way, it shows how sad of a character that they have and how poor of a representation that they are for the company. I'm very disappointed, and I will not be revisiting this location. I'll find another Subway to patron if I'm ever in...

As it was my first time at this location, I was slightly disappointed that this location does not accept coupons due to rising food cost. Prices are rising for everyone and the coupons are beneficial to consumers who eat at your location. The coupons even reflected the increase in prices.
If a decision was to be made to stop taking coupons, it could have been considered after the expiration date on the coupon. This at least let's consumers know your location no longer accepts them after the date...
