Subway — Restaurant in Louisiana

The employees here are very rude. I visited this location a few weeks ago to pick up a footlong sandwich I was splitting with a guest who was crashing at our place.

The whole time I was in there, the employee was making judgmental comments about the customers in front of me, making little passive aggressive remarks about how his wife's sandwich was dressed. The guy and his wife didn't seem to realize what she was doing or they knew what they were dealing with but they just kept a friendly face.

I should have known better than to stay but I had already promised my guest. When it was my turn, she was distracted but I overlooked it. But as soon as I paid, she threw the sandwich on the counter at me rudely and flicked her hand at me to shoo me off, so that she could gossip with her coworker. No lie. That's insane. They need to be drug tested.

I lost my appetite and gave the whole sandwich to my guest and went to finish some errands. She called me a bit later because she found something in her sandwich! She was PISSED. Then I told her about the incident and she was furious!

She is not the type to just put up with that, so she said she called and let them have it. Then she told me last week she went in there and gave them 'tude! They definitely...

I ordered a steak and cheese wrap. "Artist" barely put one scoop of meat in bowl to heat it up. I remarked that it should be two scoops, and was told that another scoop was "double meat" and would be extra $. When adding veggies, again, very stingy. Barely put any lettuce, two or three pickles, same with the olives, only a bare minimum. It seems in this time when so many places are closing due to COVID that eateries that get business shouldn't be actively trying to get customers to not return, but I wont be returning here. It's odd that I used to go here everyday after work. Apparently now when new workers get hired. A new policy is invented that, you must put in an order first to use the restroom. I don't understand what me buying a sandwich has to do with using the restroom. Something about the workers don't want to clean it so they would rather have less customers instead. Very odd concept if you ask me. I wonder if every local McDonald's would ever get caught...
