Subway — Restaurant in Louisiana

I ordered a CHOPPED salad on the app because I can conveniently pick it up & it's already made. I go over to pick my food up it was made incorrect, wasn't chopped & they had olives in it which I'm deathly allergic to them. I kindly asked them to make me a chopped one and they acted as if it was a problem. So she started to pour my whole salad in the bowl I asked them to make a new one because I didn't want to risk having olive Juice of any sort & the lady started to SCREAM at me so I asked for my money back. Way too expensive probably the most expensive subway I’ve been too. Male employee who is usually there creeps me out and I stopped going. He was always trying to scam me by asking questions about getting double meat or extra cheese for no reason hoping I’d say yes and not mention the extra charge.

Also the dirtiest subway I’ve been too. The male guy I am talking about didn’t wear shoes and the area in back looked like a daycare.

I placed a mobile order,which should be done when you get there but as usual, it's not. I sent my 2 teens in to get the food and they stayed in there about 15 mins until I finally got out to see what was going on. They waited on several other customers, (adults) without even acknowledging my kids until I went in to check on them.
