Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisiana

Unfortunately, I do not recommend this Taco Bell. This was an online order placed in the evening 11/17/2024. I arrived to pick up my four items, two burritos and two Chalupas approximately 40 minutes after I made the order (which was plenty time to make the order). As I walked in, the cashier saw me and walked to the corner over by the drive-thru window. I waited for about 2 minutes as It appeared that she was on her phone. After a brief waiting period of me tapping on the counter trying to get her attention; she finally looked over and acknowledged that I was there. I let her know that I had a pickup from an online order. It then took her another moment to figure out who I was as she stared off at her screen. “Yeah, it'll be just a moment!” she said. With a bewildered look on my face, I said “It's not ready yet?”. She said “no, not yet”. I looked around; there were no other customers inside. So up to this point, the restaurant was dead, and it had been about 45 min and my four items had not been made by that time. The first two burritos were on my order were made quickly. But I noticed that she had made my two burritos without gloves. After she put them on the grill, she then put on her gloves. So, I politely mentioned about her handling my burritos without gloves? She already knew that; but my comment did not make her very happy since I called her out on it. So without hesitation she took the burritos off the grill and went to assist the cook with the order. I noticed she was whispering to the cook and so I stated to pay attention and sure enough that cook looked right at me for a brief moment and then turned back to her. All they were worried about was making me pull around to the other side of the parking lot so their timer wouldn’t register how long it actually took to get my order. I was told it was going to be a wait because someone ordered 2 12 packs of tacos in front of me. They were asked to go to the parking lot, and I would too for that type of order. There was only one car behind me, at 2:30 in the afternoon, so I figured they would be waiting just like I was. So I didn’t see the need to move. I was finally allowed to stay because I kept asking for a good reason why I needed to move that wasn’t related to the timer. I was handed my order. Probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever encountered. employees refuse to help, you are physically only able to use the online prompted order screens. I asked for help several times from different co workers only to be acknowledged and blown off. If I could give this place a -10/10 I would. Employees here are completely useless and should be fire! I’ve been to such an established where I was blatantly ignored after asking for help several times. Quite sad how absolutely no employee takes any pride in doing a good job at this location in belle chasse. This place sucks and the employees...
