The worst customer service on the planet. The drive through person was rude, un-caring and non-listening to name a few things. I ordered a meal and a family meal. I got to the window and she asked me if I had something completely different than what I ordered. I told her no, and repeated my original order to her. She then was like oh yeah, this is what this is. Uhh...are you sure?? Oh yeah, it is. Then I asked if they still offered a military discount, and I got an eye roll. An eye roll! Really??? Like the discount is coming out of her paycheck? No hey thanks for your service? Nope an eye roll. Then I get home to open up my order and it is in fact NOT what I ordered at all!!!!!!! So I go back in and I tell them that my order was wrong, but instead of trying to get me new food they try to add everything that's missing to the food they already gave me. They tried to make a 3 piece combo into a 10 piece family meal!!!! Really??? They were just going to add chicken??? What about my families biscuits and sides??? We all have to share a biscuit and a small fry??? And you're going to act like this was my fault when I told you the first time that I that wasn't what I had ordered and you just shove it at me and lie to me saying, oh yeah that's what this is. Read moreThis is the most unorganized and inefficient Popeye's location I have been to. My son loves the spicy chicken sandwich, and as this is the closest location to my house, we frequent here. However, we will now be trading convenience to go to a location farther away. It will be an enormous saving in time, as it is very rare for me to not have to wait 20-45 minutes for my meal. I'm not even talking a large order, either, I almost always order 2 or 4 chicken sandwiches (depending on if my husband wants any). On one occasion, I ordered, paid, was charged for someone else's meal entirely, told after paying that they could not make my two sandwiches, and that they could not refund my card and would be giving me cash. Another occasion, after a 30 minute wait, I called and was told they completely forgot about my order. It took another 20 minutes to receive it.
Yesterday, I waited 45 minutes for 3 spicy chicken sandwiches and a classic chicken sandwich. No apology was ever offered, which is the absolute least they could have done. Management needs to step it up. I could have gone to the store, purchased ingredients, gone home, and made my meal in the time it took them to do it.
