Complaint About Unprofessional and Discriminatory Service
I understand the fast food and restaurant industry well—I’ve worked in hospitality for over 12 years. Based on that experience, I can confidently say the way these employees acted was far from professional. I remained polite and respectful, yet they didn’t believe me or treat me fairly. While I eventually found something else to eat, their behavior was completely unacceptable and cannot be excused.
I am person visit Taco Bell atleast 150 times a year for quick snack and quick 50 plus locations in Houston , Austin , Dallas area no one ever rude anywhere close to this person I experience .
I’m a delivery driver and was working a long shift without food for over 6 hours. On Tuesday morning, between 2:36 AM and 2:48 AM, I stopped by your Taco Bell location after completing a delivery. As a vegetarian, Taco Bell is one of the few options available to me late at night, and I was truly starving.
I waited at the ordering speaker for about 10–13 minutes with no response—no greeting, no “please wait,” nothing. I assumed the location might be closed, but there were cars in front of and behind me, so I waited patiently.
Suddenly, a car several places behind me began honking. When the employee finally responded, I politely explained that I wasn’t the one honking. Despite that, the employee—who appeared to be under the influence and extremely rude—refused to take my order and instead took the impatient person’s order behind me.
This treatment felt discriminatory and unjust. I was calm and respectful, yet was dismissed unfairly while someone who disrupted the line was served. This is unacceptable, and I urge HR or management to address this behavior. No customer deserves to be judged or treated poorly, especially when following the rules and being patient.

Read moreBad bad attitudes. Made my order, and typically they ask "Is your order correct on the screen?" Today, she did not. Before I could correct her that I had asked for no lettuce on my tacos(she also rang them as supreme instead of regular, but Bc she rushed through the order I didn't notice until I checked my food in the bag.), she gave me the total for my meal. I then asked her if she realized I didn't want lettuce and she said that she would take care of it. So I pull up to the window, and she gives me my total again and takes my money and then Says how she is having a bad day. That's fine, we all have bad days. Especially in the service industry. I get that. She hands me my bag, I notice it's wrong, and I tell her. Then some rude worker with another bad attitude chimes in from the back "Well why did she say yes, that her order was right when you asked her if it was correct in the screen?" Well baby, if you would put your bad attitude down for a minute instead of assuming that you're always right, then you would know it was an error on your co workers part, not mine. It is your JOB to put on a smile even when you're having a bad day. Not that I'm surprised anyway, this Taco Bell has been giving me nothing but problems lately. And this was the one I chose to go to because I never had problems. But this Spanish girl, has given me problems before. I want to say at a different Taco Bell...
Read moreI usually only take the time to post good reviews, but this experience is an exception. My girlfriend and I love our Taco Bell and stopped in tonight to grab dinner. The drive thru line was backed up onto the road so we went inside. There was no cashier so we used the kiosk to order our meals. The #6 meal no longer included beef chalupa so we modified and paid an upcharge to get beef. After spending $20 we waited 25 minutes for our order and upon a quick check it was missing lettuce. After being ignored for 5 minutes my girlfriend asked for a container of lettuce and one girl said they were out, then another ran out with a small container with her lettuce. We also weren't given cups for our drinks and were hastily tossed the wrong size when we asked for them. The girl at the counter was barely mumbling people's names when dropping their food on the counter and many of the 15+ people waiting were unaware their food was up. Then to top it all off, we got home and realized none of our supreme chalupas had sour cream so we essentially paid $20 and wasted over a half hour to build our own chalupas at home. It was an overall disappointing experience from the only fast food chain we...
