We are on our way to Florida and thought we'd stop for a quick dinner. My husband decided to stop and park so I could go inside and look at the menu since it was our first time at a Zaxby's. This was supposed to be a quick 10 minute stop. I ordered food for the both of us. He got the 4 chicken fingers meal and I got the 3 chicken fingers and 5 wing combo. First of all, the little guy that took my order didn't say Hello or Welcome or anything for that matter. He walked up to the register and just stood there. So I asked, Are you ready? He just nodded. I have a son on the Autism spectrum so I always keep an open mind about people not looking at my face. I gave him my order and sat down. I was the only one there at the time. People started coming in, ordering and getting there orders before me. I finally walked up and asked about my order. The assistant manager asked what the name was. They didn't ask my name, I said. She asked to see my receipt. After talking with the little guy she looked back at me and at that moment the little guy sees a bag and says, Here it is! I ordered my food at 6 p.m. and it was now 6:30!! My food sat there way too long and all I got was a weak apology. The food was warm at best but we were not about to wait for another 30 minutes. We had to get back on the road. The food was good, nothing special. Raising Cane's still has the best chicken fingers and crinkle fries and sauce! Wish there had been one nearby. Definitely not...

Tabitha the "store manager" is rude and very unprofessional. She decided my waste of gas was not her concern. I buy my son Zaxbys almost 3 times a week. Sometimes I buy it for my entire family. Never complain but once in all the years I've been coming here and the time I complained at night the night manager which is a guy did not have us pull up and waste my gas, so a replacement was ok.
I have spent hundreds of dollars at this restaurant I had to pull up and wait 8 minutes for my food only for them to deliver me (very) small nuggets that she "Tab" agreed was too small,(one was no bigger than my pinky) it looked like something at the bottom of the bag of nuggets.
I had to drive back and request my money back. I had to wait again for a refund, she gave me a refund for the food and not the drink. Why would I want to buy a 2.00 drink with no food. I asked that she remake my food and give me a refund because I wasted my gas pulling up and waiting and I had to drive back to get a refund. She did nothing to accommodate my gas and time. I will never eat at any...

They like to tape up the bag for you so you have to destroy the bag to look before you leave, but destroy it you must.
We like to order take-out from here about once every couple of weeks on our way home from a sporting event. We order thru the mobile app because it’s easy and it’s ready when we get there… no waiting.
But the ability for Zaxby’s employees to make sure everything you ordered is in the bag is frustratingly impossible. Of the last eight orders, we have had exactly one — ONE ORDER — that was accurate, but that was because I tore open the bag to discover we were missing toast (which they fixed).
Every single time they miss something… sometimes no fries… sometimes no toast… most of the time no Zaxby’s sauce. But it has never been accurate — not once!
So maybe I’m the fool. I keep going back and thinking surely they must get it right today. I’m certainly the fool who keeps parting...
