The Walgreens staff at this store are very rude and disrespectful and shouldnât be employed there. I went in to purchase four photos from their kiosk at 9pm on May 29th, 2022. After I was done, the machine said the photos would be ready at 9:39pm the same night. Since the store closes at 10pm, I walked up to the front counter and asked if I could leave and comeback instead of waiting for my photos to be done. The lady at the counter, said she would not print them for me and said if it wasnât a big hassle that I could come pick them up in the morning. I said that if it wasnât too much trouble, I would like them printed tonight because I am leaving town in the morning. She proceeded to catch an attitude and respond, in a rude manner, that she will not print them. There was no reason to be nasty because I simply just asked a question and she was rude and disrespectful from the beginning. The machine clearly said that the photos would be done at a specific time tonight within the storeâs hours, but she refused to do it because it was an inconvenience for her and she did not want to.    Read moreI had an appointment to get a C-19 test at 4:15. The Asian woman kept telling me she didn't see my name on file. I'm showing her the confirmation through the window and she kept saying she didn't know about my appt. At 4:15. I confirmation today's date and the address of the walgreens everything was accurate with my PROOF OF APPOINTMENT. The Asian man then comes to the window and asks what the problem was. I explained and showed him my confirmation, he too said he seen nothing. Mind you in showing them the email and offered the confirmation code which he denied. He then asked me to tell him my driver's license number over the intercom it loud. I let him know that's my personal info and I'm not giving it but I offered to get my license. He said I had two options. 1. I could leave, and I did just that. I've been with walgreens my whole life and never got treated so poorly even with a confirmation. Made sure the cashier knew I needed it before she opened the door for the customer in front of me so she wouldnât have to open the drawer just for me. She told me that she couldnât give me change. I then purchased a $.45 piece of candy and handed her my $20 bill so I could get the change. I asked if she could give me at least two fives. She said that wasnât possible. I said, lots of rules? And she replied yes, we have a new manager. She did make sure I knew it was senior citizen day and Iâm not sure if I got a discount on my small piece of candy or not.
