The food was always great. Was our favorite spot to order from. Always ordered online through beyond menu. Always tipped good. We had the beyond menu company call us to verify card info because I changed it from my husband's phone# to mine and my name instead of his name. It was his name on the card. I told them I would rather call and place the order with china cafe instead verifing card info on the phone. That's what I did. They even said yep no problem the payment has gone through at china cafe. Then they call us back to say they will have to reverse our payment and unless we pay them cash they won't let us order from them. Accused us of trying to get free food. Even though the money was already out of our account and they had confirmed it went through. Nothing like being accused of being a thief by you favorite place! That you have ordered from over 12 times in the last year alone. Now we have to still figure out dinner and have to wait for the money that was taken out of our account to come back.
First off we don't have a baby. Second we never disputed a payment EVER! Like I said we always liked the food. So we never had a reason to do that. Third that was the very first time I had ever used my name. That was the very first time we had placed an order with this address because we had moved. Read moreVery rude owner. Made order via beyondmenu, they call the restaurant to say they need to verify my card, company calls me, tells me to cancel beyond order then lets me order again. Took my payment, calls back 5 minutes later to tell me they will only take cash because i "disputed an order" when the delivery driver gave me someone elses order. That was in july. And a totally different restaurant. Ive never NOT paid them. Ordered multiple times since then. Now owner is being rude and telling me i didn't pay for my meal in july (which i did). Long story short a mistake between the ordering company they use and the rude owner has now cost them a long time customer. Dont order through the app or call in they have no idea what they're doing anymore.

Read moreI’ve eaten at this restaurant for the past 13 yrs. So today I wanted something quick. I called to order a delivery order. Which I never do, we always pick it up. So after the first hang up. I received a call back and I had to give my address several times and even placed on hold several times then hung up on once again to receive a call back and be told I couldn’t get it delivered under 20 dollars and my order was only 8 dollars and some change. I said ok and was hung up on once again… kinda getting agitated at this point I said I will pick it up and she said ok it will be 14 dollars and some change. I was like wait…. Delivery is cheaper than me picking it up. So again I was hung up on…. So she called me once again. She said do you want this order? I said “NO THANK YOU” business owners just know the key to your business is the one answering the phone or greeting the patron. Needless to say I won’t be back.
