Panchitos Ice Cream — Restaurant in Louisville

WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY HERE AGAIN AFTER TODAY!

I have went to this place a few times in the past year, their customer services always seems very basic, but decent.

But today when I thought to stop by as I was out and about. I went into the location with my wife. As we walked in, I see a young male cashier and a middle age female standing by the cash register, and noticed we were the only customers in the business. I than looked over at both of the staff as the female played on her phone and the male would not even look up at us.

I wait and waited, as I think how rude they are. My wife walked in front of me to look at the menu, giving the female and male staff many signs we would like to place an order. As I look at my wife looking at the menu. I took one last look at the staff and still received not one morsel service.

I than stated I want nothing here, lets go. They are intentionally rude.

The staff at this business were colder than their ice cream, showed not one morsel of kindness or customer service. And were being boldly upfront with their rudeness.

As I stated from the start, I have been here a few times and their service is low decent.

Me and my wife are "black". And it seems like a hint of hatred is at this business for "blacks". Or they just simply are rude and boldly not interested in good service.

I left and went to A&W about a minute away. Service was pleasant and welcoming. Nothing over fake, just a simple hi, have a good day, enjoy...

Either this place dose not care for "blacks" going to their business or they simply are horrible at customer service and hate their jobs and make it clear! And it is getting worse!

I will not spend another 1.00 with this company again! And I suggest others do the same.

No matter if a product is great or decent... the foundation of any product is the quality of their customer service!

I would go to McDonald's to get a 0.70 cent ice cream cone any day before going back this this filthy...

I was already discouraged from this encounter for a second time with the same young lady months prior. It’s sad you Treat the other ppl that aren’t of your culture poorly and speak about them in some of our native tongues with wreckless regard. The petite 4’11 young lady serving the ice cream is very rude. I rushed here to get my son a banana split for having an A in geometry, he’s 16. Such a wonderful and simple gesture but pricy too! I am so proud of him and I got ice cream and him a banana split here a time before. I ask about the caramel, the girl wasnt clear or being forthright , but I was determined to get him this for his surprise. When the banana split was made it had whip cream topped with caramel which was sparingly and the banana split is already 9.99. It sad but she didn’t want to put more she didn’t want to show me if it was hot caramel or a bottle and then I had to check the split over because rather then show what she had been guarding from my view: she close the box:( I opened it found no cherries on the top. She dug out these cherries and smashed the box shut in cherries and all . I resituate them and this is how it look. We have not been as diverse and I think it’s very beautiful but don’t make us or our families feel slighted in patronizing a business in our hometown. I will be telling other ppl how good your ice cream is. Be mindful of the energy because everyone isn’t as kind and slow to respond as I waited to in this review. I didn’t say anything to your employee because the justification doesn’t lie in us telling her it lies in a business doing something about it, for the business. The picture of banana split on the wall behind your counter is how it should be sold. Toppings and nuts. I am madly in love with this place. I take my friends, I go alone, I get take-out. Doesn't matter how you eat it, it's delicious.

These are authentic food truck street tacos made in a brick-and-morter location. The meat is juicy, the veggies are fresh, and this is not bland white-people flavors - prepare for a spicy kick.

There are two menu items that need slme work, the Quesadillas are a bit greasy. I'm not a fan of wet tortilla so that bugs me. The "walking taco" in the dortios bag is not great, either, but I personally hate most doritos and don't see the appeal of mixing stuff into that little chip bag.

But the loaded nachos are a meal for two, man. It's massive and too tasty to explain. Also, quite spicy, which I love. The street tacos have all even fantastic. I've tried 4 of the flavors so far with no regrets. Do not miss out on the esquites - I was nervous when it looked like a cup of mayo, but once you mix it all together, it is truly the best esquites in town.

But where this place truly excela is the ice cream and popsicles and other desserts. I get a Bionico every weekend - it's a tray of fresh fruit in small bites like mango and banana and grapes and apples covered in sweet cream and a scoop of ice cream (I always go horchata flavor!). It feels like it weighs 2 or 3 pounds. My favorite part is that if I forget it in the freezer, I can throw it in a blender with some oat milk the next morning and have an incredibly tasty smoothie for breakfast!

The popsicles give Steel City a run for their money. I love that I can see all the fresh fruit pieces!
