Dairy Delight — Restaurant in Louisville

Horrible customer service New - this is not the experience we had last time ! Last night we arrived with my daughter & nieces and proceeded to place a order yes the kids were excited they were little undecive to the order so we told them what they could get place the order for the 2 young children working to have attitude bc they fixed the wrong food we got 2 ice cream 1 snocone and 2 pickes and a cheesefri the young gentleman came to the window with 2 orders of fried pickles and and cheese stiçk for the young girl to ask me that's not what you order I said no baby thats no what I orderd for her to get smart bc I re told her what I ordered they messed up treated us the customers like shit very rude then as we are leaving proceed to walk out the side door being very nasty talking loud like immature children trying to start a fight now remind you I have my 3 children with me now yet I had to remind myself these are uneducated children trying to do customer service I will not be back we will not waste another dollar here we will just go to barrel ot fun. These young ladies to need to be taught how to talk to customer especially when they were at fault for cooking the wrong food. Oh top it off never gave us a napkin until I asked for it had a attitude about that as well let me say the girl at the order window was not nearly as rude as the girl at the pick up window

I usually love this ice cream shop but tonight was not good I ordered a large swirl cone and while I was eating it unfortunately a cicada flew into it. So I didn’t finish it and I asked for a new one considering I only took a few bites and she did but when she gave it to me it was as a big as a small so I asked her if I could have a bigger one cause I ordered a large and she told me no and how it wasn’t her fault a bug flew into it and shut the door on me. Then a different young lady came to the window she apologized and thankfully was sweet and atleast gave me sprinkles cause she did seem new I was just very upset considering I also could not control a bug flying into my ice cream but other than that I do like the food but just terrible service...

We wasted our money and most of our desserts. We just could not wait any longer for the Barrel of Fun to open for the season, but we should have. This place and the Barrel of Fun compare to no degree. We ordered and waited a full two minutes before our desserts were handed to us. We saw why shortly after receiving them. They were thrown together and the ingredients were such low quality. We saw a sign that said there was a limit on napkins. That should have deterred us from the beginning. A shortage on napkins… at a place that sells ice cream? I guess if you can’t even afford those, then everything else is going to be lackluster, too. I recommend y’all heading over to the Barrel of Fun as soon as they open! You...
