China Garden Restaurant — Restaurant in Louisville

We had a very large order tonight. The new owners did not repeat the order back line the old owners would. They also increased their prices.some of the food was not made properly and I even had to go back to get more that they missed 20+ minutes of driving. They also will not honor the Louisvile band card that was purchased from the schools because they are new owners and refuse to honor it. We asked for things to be spicy and it was not spicy as we ordered. Some of the rice was undercooked and hard. The vegetables in some dishes were not cooked. I even asked due to all the inconvenience and having to warm my own food back up in the microwave if they would offer some sort of discount for my next visit and they said they would not glide anything. I highly doubt we will be back this is poor...

Could be cleaner.

Last few times vegetables over cooked (mushy not crispy) even though I mentioned that to them. Asked for chicken to be cooked extra for my chicken chow mein...not cooked extra. I never liked their noodles or sauce so I purchased what I like from Giant Eagle, no problem there but I expected the food to be as good as it used to be. Sad to say, this was my last time to get food at...

This place has been the only Chinese restaurant in Louisville for many many years so they have the monopoly. I know they have to be making plenty of money. Put some money back into the business and update the store front at least, if not the entire place. The front looks extremely outdated and shabby. Theres a plastic tarp hung with duct tape over the counter, dirty looking. Food was super salty...
