Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisville

I was so disappointed in this location today. Went there to pick up a DoodDash order. It was about 10pm and the lobby was closed, but the drive thru was not busy at all and went pretty quickly. When I got to the window I was asked to drive around to the front of the building and they would bring my order out. It wasn't a very large order, so I have no idea why they asked me to do that, but I did. About 8 minutes later an employee brought a couple large bags of food out and several beverages. I told him that I did not think this was right and he put his hands up and said he just delivers what they give him. I showed him the order, which contained 2 freezes, and explained to him that he gave me all sodas, no freezes. We had to figure this out. He said he would go get me freezes and started to walk away. That's when a couple from a car parked a few spots away came over and said that it was their order, not mine. Not a huge deal. I gave them the order and the employee went back inside. I waited another 5 minutes and was starting to really get upset. By this time i had been waiting nearly 15 minutes for my food. No one was anywhee near where they could see me, so i called the restaurant. I asked what was going on and was told the food was being bagged up now. 3 minutes later it was finally brought out! After waiting in line at the drive thru, i had to wait another 16 minutes to get my food!!! It was 2 quesadilla, 2 gorditas, and 2 drinks! What is so hard about that?? I know the times are accurate because I kept texting the customer so she knew why my 5 minute trip took over 20 minutes. I turned down several more offers this evening because I refuse to go back there. I placed my $25+ ordered through your mobile app and my order was supposedly ready with pickup through the drive thru. When I arrived, my food must have not even been started yet because I waited at the drive thru window for 8-10 minutes. Also, I redeemed a reward, for a free crunchy taco, and did not receive it! I called the store, which was supposed to be open until 2:00 AM, according to the sign on the window, and they were closed or just didn't pick up the phone (called twice). I wasn't going to bother to call today because it was a reward, so it didn't cost me anything, but it was the fact that I lost an earned reward solely because someone at the store forgot to prepare and bag it.

Update: 10/9/2022: Getting worse! I ordered through the mobile app and picked up the through the drivethru. My food arrived quickly at the window but looked like it was just thrown in the bag. Two of my tacos were floating around the bag, outside their wrapper and both of the Mexican pizza cartons were smashed leaving the pizza's a mess with toppings stuck to the top of the boxes.
