have never wrote a review on google before tonight but I am because I’m a little frustrated. I have mixed thoughts about the service. A few months back for whatever reason I started to really want bone in buffalo wings often. After trying all the wings in Louisville I came to the conclusion I liked Papa John’s wings and service the best. It’s always delivered fast and still is actually so I can’t complain there. Another thing I’d like to point out is I don’t like the automated system or whatever that is when you call. It’s an Asian woman’s voice and she has a hard time understanding things so I always chose the option 5 and talk to someone In the restaurant directly. Most of the time it has been Mike that answers and I can’t say anything but good things about his service when I call. In fact on 4 or 5 occasions I have asked the delivery driver to give him a five dollar tip for me (outside of the drivers tip of course). About every three orders I make sure I tip 90 percent because I love that their fast and I love that they always made sure I have my napkins and ranch which I always make sure I ask for those things. When I call they actually refer to me as the wing napkin guy. I tip big often because of that service. Last few times zero napkins, no ranch and the food was not as good as usual. Skimpier wings which nice meaty wings was part of the reason I preferred Papa John’s outside of the service. Last week I ordered again there was no napkins and no ranch. I tipped 95 percent and asked for five to be given to Mike again thinking the next time they’ll make sure I’m taken care of. Tonight my driver brought me one single napkin along with my order so I put most of the money back in my pocket and gave him a $5 dollar tip instead of 90 again.    Read moreThis location has gone straight down hill in the last 6 months to a year. I've ordered 2x Black Olives on my pizza at least three times and they somehow can NEVER put double black olives, in fact the last time I ordered it they BARELY put a single order of black olives on my pizza. That would be somewhat fine except for the fact that I contacted and received a response from the manager and yet they CONTINUED to fail to put sufficient toppings on the pizza. Heck, the last pizza I ordered had barely any black olives, barely any cheese, and almost no sauce. They pizza maker clearly just didn't care, maybe someone needs to remind them that THEY chose to take the job in the first place.
You would think that a manager would sit his or her employees down and go "Hey guys, we've clearly been slacking on our toppings and order accuracy, let's get on the same page here." But that apparently hasn't happened because they continue to provide incompetent service.
I used to work at a pizza joint in town, I know how the monitors show orders and list them, very clearly, the only excuse is laziness and incompetence from the workers and potentially management. When I worked at a pizza shop we NEVER had these kinds of mistakes.
DO NOT waste your money at this location.
Go to Dominoes or literally any other pizza joint in town, heck Little Caesar's cardboard pizzas are at least accurately made and topped...

Unfortunately, out of our last dozen orders I can only positively rate one of them as 5 stars while the rest have had some issues. I did order something wrong in one of them which I would like to blame on the app but it was probably my fault so that may have received a4 star but, My last order had a pizza missing. I showed up in time to see one of mine come out of the oven but the other one was no where to be found. The staff did apologize but it took them 25 minutes to finally remake my second pizza while my first one got cold. There was no offer of a discount or future coupon for the mistake other than the apology. At the very least, they should have remade both pizzas so that they would be fresh. About a year ago I had a similar issue although that time they at least offered me a 2lt of pop for my time. I’m not sure what has changed but the issues of poorly made pizza or missing orders or toppings has made me reluctant to continue using this location.
