The food was great but the service was terrible. The lady that took our order I believe her name was Sarah was absolutely rude. All I asked was no toast or gravy in the chicken strip basket and extra fries instead. She snapped and said that we don't do that no more and so I said ok can I pay for a small fry and can you put it in the basket. She snapped again and said if that's what you want me to do. I pulled to the first window to pay and I asked to speak to a manager and they young guy said we'll I'm one of the managers I said ok well that girl the speaker was rude and he said well that's another manager her name is Sarah so you will have to take it up with her. I said no that's fine I'll take it up with the General Manager and he kindly told me when they would be in. I pulled to the second window where I saw Sarah and she looked at me and rolled her eyes and countiunued to flirt with the two gentlemen working with her. One of the guys comes up to the window with a mouth full of food repeating my order. He had a attitude as well but I guess this is the type of customer service their managers give. Me being a AGM myself would never talk to a paying customer that way. And for the guy in the window smashing food in his mouth and talking. Nobody want to see you talking to them with a mouth full of food when they are about to recieve their food. Grossed me out for real. My wife said hunny don't get rude with them they seem like they would spit in...

Review: I recently tried the Oreo cupfectio. at Dairy Queen, and while the idea seemed delightful, the execution left much to be desired. I opted to add peanut butter drizzle on top, hoping to enhance the flavor profile. However, my experience was marred by excessive toppings and a lack of balance.
The cup was overloaded with brownies, Oreos, and chocolate chips, resulting in an overwhelming amount of chocolate. The addition of chocolate chips inside the brownie felt unnecessary and contributed to the overall richness.
Moreover, the ratio of ice cream to toppings was disproportionate, leaving me with an abundance of chocolate elements and not enough ice cream to balance it out. As a result, I found myself discarding leftover brownies, Oreos, and chocolate chips, which felt like a waste.
In summary, while the concept of the cupfection is promising, the execution falls short due to an excessive amount of toppings and an imbalance of flavors. I hope Dairy Queen considers refining their cupfection to provide a more enjoyable experience for customers. This is the 2nd time I’ve...
Read moreAwful, everytime i have been in this location the service is very slow. Blizzards are not mixed well at all, also ingredients are stale.... i just bought 2 medium brownie batter blizzards, instead of them having chewy delicious brownie bits they were hard and stale. The Blizzards are never throughly mixed, same two blizzards mentioned above instead of being fully mixed the bottom 3/4 of the bluzzard was nothing but vanilla. There were no bits of browie or batter just plain vanilla... they need to revamp this DQ or close it.
To give comparison we had just went to the DQ in fairdale for lunch and it was perfectly mixed chewy bits.
Another instances was a few weeks ago, we order two 1/2 lb burger combos.... the lady dropped them on the floor right in front of us, she then said "i know yall seen't them fall on the ground. Do you want thise or want us to make new ones..... she then took them both back to the guy and said just wrap these again.... she didn't even have new ones made just re-wrap the old...
