First String Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Louisville

First string- first impressions- cozy, nice dim lighting but plenty of natural light from Windows, even better there's a patio on the side now. Service- my server was pretty good. Prompt on asking what I was ordering. Food- the menu was very limited I'm not sure when these other people reviewing are getting their food. the food was greasy and the fried pickles came with some kind of sauce, it was disgusting, no exaggeration, it seemed like a very low-quality Thousand island. The loaded fries don't even come with chili so basically just cheese fries? (I added chili) They were so greasy they slid off the wax paper into the to-go box. And it was $17 bucks for that!! This was my first time here and definitely won't be my last. Our server was amazing!! I've never seen someone move so fast and with such accuracy!!! She took care of the whole place!! Our good came out hot and delicious!! I had the hot ham and vheese, my granddaughter had a bacon pizza, my daughter the tina melt and my son in law, the sausage and pepperoni pizza. A friend that told us about this place has gone there for breakfast on Saturdays and said it the best in town. Breakfast is served on Saturday and Sunday , from 8-11:00 am.
