My husband and I went on the day the new chalupas with onion & cilantro came out so we could try them. Ordered on the kiosk, waited about 12 to 15 minutes to get our order. Which honestly for Taco Bell is pretty long, but they were obviously busy so it was fine. They came to the counter to ask if it was okay to sub out one of my chicken chalupas because they were completely out of the meat. I said it was fine because I had at least the other one in my order to try. Got our food about 5ish minutes later. During the time we ordered and got our food, two more parties came inside the restaurant to order. They were all refused service. When one party asked for someone to come to the counter & take their order, someone from the kitchen yelled back that they weren’t coming up to take their order and they had to put in their order on the kiosk. The two parties obviously were upset by this display of absolute horrendous customer service, so they left.

We had checked our food and realized it was made incorrectly & that we were missing both of our drinks. We attempted to get someone’s attention but my husbands “excuse me ma’am’s” were continuously ignored. He was able to catch the guys attention on the grill & asked for help. However the response he got was “I’m on the grill man, I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” & he refused to help us. Another minute or so went by as we tried to politely get their attention & nothing. So I had to scream “ I AM MISSING TWO DRINKS AND MY ORDER IS WRONG, I NEED SOMEONE UPFRONT NOW” which is honestly just unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to be rude to get service, like that’s ridiculous. Once someone actually came up to the counter, the yelling stopped. The women who came up to us & I had a conversation. She gave us our cups & fixed the wrong food item (which unfortunately was the chalupa, so I didn’t actually get to try them). First thing I have to say I never go to the drive thru because the wait is always ridiculous. I pull up and there is only 3 cars so what the heck I will try it out. Here is where it gets crazy. I pull in and 3 cars pull in behind me so I am trapped. No Matter what happens I am stuck in this drive thru because there is only 1 lane. This is the stupidest design ever. If the car in front of me blows up I am just stuck no escape. The car in front of me decided to order food for a football team or something. I have never seen someone order like this. Whatever, just tell them to pull to the side and you will bring their food out in a wheelbarrow. But nope they just stay in the line until they get their 50 items. I started my stopwatch because I couldn't believe it. 45 minutes goes by until they finally get all of their food. I will never be back and I have told about 100 people about this location. Never go through this drive thru. 45 minutes to get a burrito is insane. I just wanted to warn you. Unless you have nothing better to do than Goodluck. I will say the burrito was very good once I warmed it up in the microwave. No burrito is worth a 45 minute...

Went and order 2 bean burritos add Sour Cream and1 bean and rice burrito a Starry drink and Mountain Dew. The Bean burritos were cold and nasty didn't see any sour cream on them. The Bean an rice was cold and gross. They give me a Stary drink and it tastes like straight soda water. I took a drink of the Stary and it made my stomach hurt. I went and got replacement or a so called replacement they got rice and bean burrito right but the other 2 bean burritos with added Sour Cream had a sauce that actually looked like pure grease in it and once again I tried eating a burrito and now my stomach hurts from the grease. I never had a bean burrito with grease like that. Oh and come to find out the Stary Drink was actually out and they should had checked it before selling me that drink. I know there is a way to check that drink station to make sure all drinks work on it... I worked around fast food and those drink station to know if it's outta syrup don't sell the drink. I doubt I will be returning here cause 2 messed up orders on same order is ridiculous. The prices are so ridiculous too.... No wonder they...
