Subway — Restaurant in Louisville

I stopped in the Subway on Outer Loop to grab a sandwich before heading home. The service was not great and I think he was literally afraid he may actually put some meat on the sandwich! Lol I watched as he ‘rationed’ the remaining ingredients. I asked for more tomato, he put one more slice on. He then ‘rationed’ the oil and vinegar! I got the sandwich home and opened the wrapper. Ordered 2 footlongs off the app, and ordered them non-toasted. When I picked them up I went to a table to check them b4 I left (as I always do), and it felt and looked as if the subs were lightly toasted. Took them up to the clerk and said I didn’t want them toasted in any way. She said they weren’t, but as you can see, the toast marks say different.

Horrible service and they charge 1.75 per slice of pepperoni. Never going there again. Spent over 30.00 for two people to eat. Taking advantage of a teenager is not ok, when you say they are extra you as an employee should tell the amount who would pay 10.00 dollars extra for four pepperoni's.
