As a fan of jet's Pizza from my home state of Ohio as also an employee I was down in this area visiting family and due to a loss of a grandfather I had to leave in a rush to go to the hospital I called the store and let him know what was going on and cancelled my order but upon my arrival back to my hotel I was met with three receipts from jet's Pizza in my door to unsigned credit card receipts as well as their receipt but of course no food so I contacted the store talk to Gary the manager a very nice young man who went above and beyond to try to help let him know the situation and just simply ask for a refund of my money or to make it simpler just keep it on my card and I'll take this the food. After well over 30 minutes on hold and on the phone I was told via Gary from the owner of the store which is a franchise that he wasn't willing to do anything this evening did I had to wait till tomorrow and contact him directly which would have been okay but I was headed back home tomorrow to be with my family so it's simply a scary the young man to ask the owner just to send out the same thing and that way it's already paid for and the owner not only refused to speak to me as a customer but refused to send the order out that he has made the money on. Now I know as if this was a corporate location this one be stood for and it would have been handled immediately Jets has a phenomenal reputation and for this man to treat a customer this way that I just like I didn't matter and it was going to kill him to give me what I have already paid for let's me in limbo and totally disregarded his customers who are the ones that keep him in business point of the story is no matter what's going on in your life if you order a pizza from this place don't you go anywhere unless you get your food did apparently this man needs money so bad that he is not willing to accommodate taking somebody's money and not...
Read moreI would give them a zero if that was possible. I ordered a pizza from them and didn’t realize I placed the order I didn’t I had placed it for carry out. When I called in to switch it to delivery he advised me it would be just shy of 7$ for a delivery charge. I thought that was ridiculous so I requested to cancel my order and my debit card refunded. Rudely he said I will cancel the order and hung up. I called the next day and was told that my debit card was refunded and it would take two to three business days. After 3 days I called my bank and was told there was no reversal and that the charge of 30$ and some change had been charged and the payment was processed by them. When I call back Josh answered and said he was the one I spoke to and he didn’t understand why my bank would tell me that, and that it was voided and refunded. I told him I wanted to speak to the owner and he took my info and said someone would call me back. After hanging up the phone I got a text that said my money would be refunded in 3-5 days. Josh had been lying the whole time and never refunded anything until he knew the owner may be involved. Beyond the horrible customer service Josh is a liar and the owner may want to reconsider him as an employee, unless he wants a liar and rude person working for him. Read moreI order Jet's pizza a pretty fair amount because I love the product. The pizza is amazing when it is made right. However, my last 2 experiences with the Hurstbourne store in Louisville Kentucky have been absolutely horrible. 2 orders ago I had my first bad experience with the food. The pizza was soft and the cinnamon sticks were burnt. I didn't call in that time because every once in a while a restaurant can have a bad night. So onto the final time I will ever order Jet's pizza. I just my got order today and the pizza was so mushy it was like water got poured all over the pizza. The pizza was supposed to be well done thin crust pizza, but instead I got a mush ball of a pizza. So I decided to call back this time to have them send out another pizza and they told me it would take 1.5 hour to get me a new pizza. I asked since my order got messed up shouldn't mine get pushed to the front of the line and she said nope and was very rude about my request. Anyways I settled for a credit for the pizza but they have lost my business's forever
