Lil T's Ice Cream & a bite more — Restaurant in Louisville

Nasty employees and even nastier ice cream. I really wish I would have read the reviews before trying it out. I ordered a butter pecan shake and the guy proceeds to tell me only hard pack and then catches himself and he's like "oh I'm about to tell you a lie" as I stare at the menu that clearly lists butter pecan as a flavor of milkshake available. It's like he wanted to tell me no for what I wanted no matter what I said. It also seemed like while I was in the parking lot he grabbed whatever tips he had from out of the tip jar as though he was worried I would steal his tips or something (while I'm 5 months pregnant and simply craving ice cream).

I'm literally the only person there and I park my car on the right side of the building, he points me to the pickup window to the left of the building and says "I need you to pickup at that window waaaayy down there."Mind you it's the beginning of July, 85 degrees, and beaming sun but he sends me to the pickup window directly in the sun to wait. I stood there for over 5 minutes in the blazing sun and 5 months pregnant while I waited for what tastes like a flavor of shake I didn't even order! I ordered butter pecan and I couldn't taste the butter or a single pecan. It was literally just "milkshake." Maybe even just vanilla I have no idea but it sucks.

I could have gotten better customer service and a tastier milkshake from McDonald's. I actually drove past a DQ leaving there wishing I would have just gone there instead. Most likely won't be a...

I went here in April when it was 40 degrees because I've been wanting to try and haven't yet. First, the employee wasn't exactly friendly and could barely answer any questions. I then asked if I could get a sundae with hard scooped ice cream, and she said, "No, soft serve only." I then asked if I could get a hard scoop with peanut butter on top. That was fine, tho LOL

I then place my order, and she closes the window to prepare it. I'm waiting outside the window. Mind you, I'm the ONLY customer here. I then have another rude employee step out and ask if I'm "John." When I say "yes" she's like, "We've been over here yelling your name FOUR times! Your order is ready." Apparently, there's a pick-up window on the side of the building you can't see that I wasn't told about... and instead of the employees using their critical thinking skills, and just hand me the food at the window I'm standing in front of... (again) with 0 other customers... they insist I walk around to the side of the building and pick my order up at their fancy lil pick up window LMAO

Also, the food I got (corn nuggets) and the ice cream... nothing special. Not exactly a professional and amazing experience for a first time customer. Won't...

It's great, it's old fashioned Ice cream stand. Really feels like an old fashion root beer stand. Ice cream, desserts, foot long hotdogs and many more choices . Staff is great. Unfortunately they do not carry blue moon however and like nobody in Louisville really does. Ice cream shops in town tend to fail so our fingers are crossed on this one. It's a hair more costly than dairy Queen but the outside atmosphere is super great. The building is an old car sales lot, so don't believe there is a bathroom on site but there is a potty at the the skating park by the ball fields. Get you cream and head over for some basketball or skateboarding, this is the date night meet up that we all so badly needed in highschool instead of spending so much time is tacohell parking lot with our hoods up for no apparent reason.
