This was honestly the worst experience I've ever had at this place and that is saying a lot! Every time I've come here it is nothing but problems! I order from this location so often, for my 3 children and I, and cannot for the life of me understand why they would mark my Subs as completed on the app and ready at 4:30 when the order said that it would be ready, yet I have to walk in two separate times waiting, while watching customer after customer after customer walk out in frustration because the two women making orders are taking their time and not even moving as if they have any type of urgency whatsoever! Meanwhile, my receipt lay on the counter and my order not even started! I walked out at 5:02 p.m. with my order when it was marked ready at 4:30pm... I waited in their Lobby watching the two women leave my sandwiches on the counter for well over 10 minutes after they had been toasted before they even put any toppings on them so now they are cold. This is absolutely ridiculous and this needs to be corrected immediately! No one should have to experience continuous issues repeatedly every single time! I keep ordering in hopes that it will get better, and try to give them the benefit of the doubt over the many many many continuous times that this has happened, but this is far too many times and does not happen to just me it is a continuous issue at this location and is uncalled...
Read moreLouisville Subway is the worst...I ordered online to pickup two footlongs a philly steak and cheese and a club ..it said to be ready at 6:05, however when I arrived at 6: 08 it hadn't even been started yet and there was another person waiting. They said they were very busy but only one person was in line. The other lady got her sandwich and I Figured i would be next. Another customer came in wanting his online order and sat down to wait . So they came to me with my sandwiches at 6:20 and I began to leave only realizing that they were NOT footlongs and not even the right sandwiches... Now I'm pissed off...the man that came in after me finally got his footlong and Im still waiting...they eventually get my sandwiches right and I left the store about 6:40 pm...I wonder if reading is a requirement for a My first sandwich I wanted was a steak and cheese but they "dont" make that anymore so I ordered the Philly steak and cheese and ordered it with just steak and cheese....duh!! My second sandwich is a club minus mayo, tomatoes and lettuce....and after I got home I got it with EVERYTHING ON IT!!!Again is it a requirement to be able to read.....I am taking it back tomorrow and god help...

My family and I have walked in, thought: oh hey, we're first in line, only to have a slew of online orders get put up on the counter ahead of us while we watched.
At last count, we've left 4 times and gone elsewhere.
Couple that with the cost increases in the product, and the value of getting a meal here just isn't worth it these days.
They really need two lines if they're going to have anything resembling a business IMHO.
Most of the restaurant sits idle since covid anyway.
We have eaten food from here maybe 2 times in the past 6 months mainly due to the online order stuff slowing down the line.
You can probably eat for a similar price next door at the grinders restaurant - and for a similar time if you factor in the...
