Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Louisville

I bought some shrimp and fries on April 17th 2025. I wanted shoestring fries like they always had. Or at least crinkle cut fries. She said they only had waffle fries. I asked are they hard like chips. She said naw. They are like the ones at the grocery store. I nodded and decided to try them. My food was ready in less than five minutes. I was gonna wait to eat when I got home. But I wanted to try a waffle fry. The fries were awful. They were overly greasy, burnt together, tough and hard. The fries weren't too fresh. But we're Hot, could have been a little bit hotter but I wasn't picky about that. Now the shrimp on the other hand, was worse than awful. It was extremely undercooked. IT LOOKED RAW. I threw it out! Didn't want to take the chance of getting sick. How hard is it to fry shrimp. Not long at all. Don't yall have timers. I'm never going back again. DISGUSTING! Placed a mobile order, went through driver-thru for pickup. Was told to pull around front. Waited 5-10 minutes, no one came out. I entered the store after the app said the order was ready. NO ONE, not ONE worker greeted me and I at least 4 walked past the counter. I stopped one young lady as she was grabbing a bagged order & asked if it was a mobile order. She acted as if I was bothering her. Several minutes passed & I gave an employee my order name and number. She said she was still working on it. A few minutes later I was asked what I was waiting for by the same worker. When I finally got my order NO ONE apologized for the wait AND I had a meal missing from my order. Again they didn’t apologize just sling the order on the counter again and walked away. The waffle fries were hard and inedible. The fish was greasy. I won't be visiting this restaurant again!!!! The food was subpar and the customer service was less than subpar. I realize that many locals visit the establishment but I was visiting from out-of-state and expected a more professional environment. On another note, we placed 3 separate orders which weren't marked by the staff so we had a food mix-up that the staff seemed to think was my fault, seriously!!! Most fast food locations use marked wrappers to distinguish between menu items but marking a box was just too much to ask, I'm guessing. Lastly, I have never experienced a situation in my adult life when fried chicken and fried fish were indistinguishable. Needless to say, I won't be dining here ever again and the facilities are dated, very dated like 1980's dated.
