I waited in line from 722pm to 743pm before the cashier yells out there will be a 20 minute to 45 minute wait, anyone who wants a refund has to wait in the manager who was the one making food and was super slow, the cashier told her one lady didn't want beans the manager looked up and said I got all these orders tell me when I'm almost at that order, one man said he been there almost an hour, thete was a remake that came in so the manager had to remake 3 different orders by that time the lobby us half full with customets awaiting in there orders another customer wanted a refund the cashier said the manager is the one who has to do that, the cashier went a few steps back to tell the manager he wanted a refund, she kept making the remake and a previous order, the customer was getting upset, when the manager came up for the man's refund I was standing behind him, I handed her the receipt as she looked up not saying anything when she put the receipt on the counter I reached for it to find out if there was a time on it but she snatched it and said she needed it, she gave me my money back and I walked out pissed and angry because the only thing came out her mouth was I need that not I'm sorry come again, absolutely nothing, but the cashier was rude too yelling I'm not take anymore orders there us a 20 to...

She has no nametag and her face looks rough. Her customer service was non existent.
