McDonald’s on Millers Lane what a disappointment I was working late Friday evening right at closing time with your drive-through and it seems as though they was having trouble hearing me so I went inside only to get treated so poorly by management. I was so disappointed I worked at this very store my first job in 1984. Then we was talk not only is the customer always right but that the customer has a choice to go wherever he wants to go. It’s up to us to earn his business by delivering a good hot meal as fast as possible with no controversy So I have to wait five minutes to drive-through and having those trouble so I went inside and stood at the counter for another five minutes. Finally, a lady come out, and I could tell she was probably the manager because she was drift dressed differently. She told me I had to order Online or through some type of box that sits in the dining room at McDonald’s while I was already upset because I’ve never heard of such. You’re already here right here talking to me. You could already have my order taken and now you’re telling me I have to go to this machine and place my order that I’ve never done before so I spent another 10 minutes doing so because I had no idea what I was doing so I’ve been there 20 to 25 minutes already so I’ll go back to the counter and stay in there and stay there. She comes back to me she said did you place your order? I said yes She said well you didn’t. You must’ have forgot to push the button pay it counter, so I went back to the machine and stood there and looked at it and browse through it never could find that button went back to the counter telling her I couldn’t find the button and she walked over there and there it was on the screen magically so now it’s been placed at that point. I went to sit down in my seat. Tell you what after 30 minutes somebody walked outside to the lobby they look like a maintenance man to me in boots. I mean just dirty attire asked me if everybody been waiting on. I said no waiting for my food. He yells back there and they never answer him like they’re not worried about me so I sit there another five minutes, and I heard him talking in the back, believe it or not. I’m not sure what they were gonna do for some reason they had gotten mad at me and I felt really uncomfortable so I went to my truck and left. What a visit to McDonald’s Miller’s and Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY as far as I’m concerned the whole crew was involved because they seen what was going on and no one stepped up to stop it. I don’t know if this is the way they treat people in general but I told him as I walked out the door you’ll be hearing about this. I never called corporate but here it is. I laid it down for you make your own judgment if you want to eat, give you a harder money to people who treat you like this right ahead, but you have the right to take your business elsewhere if you’re not being treated fairly that coming from a loyal customer to McDonald’s eat there at least twice a week every week for 57 years my dad was a manager at this very store where me and my sister both worked Yeah, I can take it on the chin no big deal but what about the ones they meet they can’t you can’t get over it and retaliates and God forbid people are hurt. That’s why you’re customer is always right because you don’t coming back and retaliating against the whole crew I’m laughing, but it’s really sad . Never caused confrontation with a customer because you don’t know what kind of day they’re having and what they’re capable of...
Read moreUpdate 8-29-2022 Whelp 7 years later this location is still trash. I used the mobile app 1st time curside pickup. No one was there when I pulled up to spot 1. 6:31pm 2 cars were in drive thru. They came and went as well as other cars in drive thru. 2 other cars came to mobile app pickup left before I did. Both went inside the store to pickup also, tried of waiting I assume. I was unable as my ankle is injured. 20 minutes later employee walked out. Handed me my luke warm good. Guessing they didn't wantt o walk it out the door as it was barely sprinkling.
(2015)Awful service. Go thriugh the drive thru. Menus were still on breakfast ... monday at 11am. 30mins after breakfast is over. I tell the lady over the com that the menus are still flipped on breakfast not lunch. She said " its after 1030am on monday sir we stop breakfast, only have lunch what do you want?. " Whaaaaa......considering I just told you that. I'll just randomly pick a menu number and hope what I get is good. . Made the mistake of parking in the lot and going in. Ordered QP deluxe #7 I think....specifically with a medium drink. --Manager hands me a large drink. Can you not hear?.I think to myself. Finally get my food go home. Open the QP deluxe tagged box and what's this find? A regular bun and patty with pickles and lettuce with no exaggeration handful of mayo to the point ut is mushing...
Read moreThis is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They always mess up the order, even if it's just one drink. Today, I ordered 2 large sweet teas - no ice, a medium coke, and 3 hot fudge sundaes. When I pulled up to the window, the lady gave me 2 drinks and said have a nice day. I told her I also got a medium coke and 3 sundaes. She handed me a bag of food. I said again, I got a Coke and 3 sundaes. She hands me the sundaes and said what else? I said a Coke. I didn't get the nuts with the sundaes or spoons and she didn't offer a drink carrier so one of my sundaes tipped over and spilled in my car. Also, the teas I ordered that were not supposed to have ice in them were packed full of ice and I'm pretty sure were half water because they were very pale and didn't even taste like tea. The last time I went there I ordered a large vanilla iced coffee with extra espresso. Not only did they not add the extra espresso, I'm pretty sure they didn't put coffee in it at all. I got sweetened vanilla milk. I asked my mom to taste it to make sure I wasn't crazy and she agreed there was no coffee in it. The last time I bought happy meals they left out the sauce for the nuggets, their yogurts, and drinks. I'm done with this place. The hassle isn't worth the convenience of being right...
